Had to have new garbage disposal installed and though their were issues that required a extra service to extend the PVC P- trap that had nothing to do with them,their prices were fair ,and I highly commend the service technician,a very pleasant affable,congenial young man who made the whole experience of his being here for over 21/4 hours very ,very nice and even friendly personally

Very, very happy! My water heater broke down and started leaking at the beginning of a long, holiday weekend. Googled water heater repairs in the Revere area and found Rich Mathews. He came right out the next morning and fixed me right up! Excellent work. Efficient, polite, thorough and honest. I'd recommend him to anyone.

DO NOT CALL THEM. They are the worst. Two reasons: 1. Insane overcharge. 2. Left important wire unplugged without telling the owner.

They charged me $398 for simply check up what's wrong without doing any repairing. Even worse, the technician left with the heatpump wire unplugged without notifying me! I knew this until another technician from another company came and found it. Pann home is untrustworthy and unprofessional in my opinion.

Winters was very responsive during a busy weekend of frozen pipes. My water heater picked a bad time to break down. Zane was quick and professional and explained all of my options. Winters has bailed me out before and I'll continue using them for unplanned plumbing emergencies.

Anthony and his partner Azi were a dedicated and professional team who installed A/C in our 84 yr old home. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was unparalleled. They were thoughtful in cleaning up and in always wearing masks indoors. Anthony also noticed that our dryer vent cap was broken and that the venting was not done correctly. He was looking out for us- and we so appreciated it! Additionally, the team did not pressure us to finish their work on their timeline when our baby was sick and we needed to pause on the install for a few days. True human beings and professionals!
