Caleb Whelden and company from CTW plumbing were employed to service and maintain the heating and air conditioning units at a residence of mine for over a years' time. They consistently had difficulty arranging to complete jobs in a reasonable time frame, and often made mistakes, some relatively minor and merely forgetful (such as forgetting to replace caps on refrigerant lines), other mistakes much for irresponsible and dangerous. Caleb Whelden easily became defensive. He was not conscientious about taking responsibility for the problems and inconveniences caused by his actions. An incredible amount of time and money could have been saved if another maintenance team was hired earlier on.

Great experience with the T-Flow crew yesterday - had a hot water heater replaced and Matt was very helpful by explaining all the options before starting the job. The team arrived promptly at the scheduled time and worked throughout the day to get the job done. Beautiful work - these guys take pride in what they do. I highly recommend T-Flow!

He was so helpful, quick to respond, came to assess, explained his assessment to me and offered a couple of options to repair vs replace, water was running and the other plumber had said it couldn’t be fixed for 3 days, Frank replaced the toilet the next morning and for the price the other plumber was going to repair it for. I really appreciated his helpful communication, transparency and his appreciation of stopping the running of water so I wasn’t wasting water and money for multiple days. Thank you!

I have used drain flow many times over the past eight years and have had nothing but positive experiences! Anthony is reliable, professional, reasonably priced, does wonderful work, communicative and always comes as soon as possible which is usually the next day. Drain flow is busy because they are wonderful, but they always find a way to fit me in because they truly care about their customers! I am so grateful to have a good plumber and to know these wonderful people.

I had an emergency situation where my outdoor hose spigot was leaking aggressively and pooling at the foundation. I had to turn off the water to my house since I didn’t have a control valve for that spigot alone.

So it was urgent, I called and they were able to send someone out that morning! The plumber came with the parts needed, finished the work efficiently, and even came in to help with an unrelated clog/slow drain.

The work was great and the price was more than fair, very happy with the work.

I called late on a Wednesday night after we discovered our sink drain was clogged and Pat was able to come to our house and fix it by noon on Thursday. He was friendly, efficient, and super helpful with giving us advice on how to avoid clogging the sink again (rice evades our sink trap and can accumulate, who knew). I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.
