Frank answered our emergency call to have our gas oven hooked up. He came to our home 20 minutes after the call and really helped us when we were in a bind. He was responsive, quick and did a fantastic job. Will use him again in the future.

I had a new stove delivered to my home this week and I was in need of someone to come disconnect the gas line from our old stove, and reconnect to the new one. I did a Google search for plumbers in the West Roxbury area, and this was the second listing. I called over and had a friendly conversation with the man who answered the phone, he let me know they would call me the following day to set up an appointment. Anxious to get the new stove up and running, I agreed to wait. About an hour later, I received another call from the company, and they let me know they could send someone over that evening. Withing 20 minutes two men arrived at my house and set up my new stove, and even removed the old one. They were very forthcoming with the cost of the project and were unbelievably friendly. I was extremely please with my experience with this plumbing company and wouldn't hesitate to call again if we ever need anything.

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

I called Rich Matthews at the beginning of December to talk about replacing my ancient (1982) furnace and a water heater that was starting to hurt. Add in that I was trying to do it through Mass Save with a heat loan. Rich came out to my house on a Saturday to look at the job and give us the quote we would need to get the heat loan. He had the quote to me that same day via email and he dropped off a paper copy the next business day. He's forthright and honest and he started teeing up the special pieces we would need while we were waiting for the bank to approve the loan. He was very responsive the whole time and was good about giving me a call for updates.

Because of the jury-rigged nature of the old furnace, he told us it would take two days, possibly three, to get the old one out and the new furnace and water heater in. He replaced the water heater on day one so we wouldn't be without. Then he worked late on a Friday to get everything done right before the temperatures dropped down below 20. The new ductwork, venting, and drain for the condensate are all really well done. You can see the quality of his work. It is well below freezing outside, and this is the warmest my house has been since I bought it. He even came back after the install was complete to change an exterior fitting for the air intake because he wasn't happy with the part he had on hand when he did the job originally.

10/10 I would go back to Rich for any work I needed done.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

I had a suspicion it was causing a leak in the condo below mine, but after he inspected and ran thorough tests I can be assured that there is no issue. He even took his service a step further and lent a helping hand in cleaning under my dishwasher (because let's face it, when does anyone ever clean under there except for situations like this?)! A gentleman and a consummate professional.

That same day, I also had my HVAC system inspected to get ready for the winter, and was helped by Kollin and Peter. Both were exceptionally courteous, kind, personable, and professional. Chilli Willie's has excellent customer service. When I called to inquire about servicing of my HVAC system, the office manager was clear and thorough in explaining the options for services Chilli Willie's offered. I was then sent a follow up message that detailed everything that had been explained over the phone. My questions were answered thoughtfully, and I felt confident in understanding what services would be included in my appointment. The technicians were friendly, efficient, and explained their process. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to continuing the relationship.

Narrow Way knows heating systems. I have a heating system with a pump running all the time. I called the company who installed the system several years back. The technician couldn't pinpoint the problem, but he suggested me to replace the control board for $1300! and say let's start with that. I am so glad I called Narrow Way. Mario came out and figured out the issue right away, now the problem has been fixed and I am so happy. From now on whenever I get boiler issues, I will always call Narrow Way first.

Another great service experience from Akian Plumbing! We recently purchased a new Fisher & Paykel refrigerator to replace our old GE that died after 18 years. The fridge comes with a sophisticated external water filtration kit that requires a licensed plumber to install so as not to void the refrigerator's warranty. Journeyman plumber Evan and his plumbing apprentice, Chris, were personable. polite, and professional. They accommodated my ask of them to review the installation instructions before starting the installation and then went on to expertly install the new water line and filtration system. They ensured that water was flowing to the water dispenser and ice-maker and that there were no drips or leaks before placing the fridge back into place and expertly leveling the feet so that the french doors were precisely leveled. I've used Akian previously for a complete gut-job bathroom renovation and to fix a corroded, leaking kitchen sink pipe, and I will continue to use them for our future plumbing needs.

I called sila for a repair and was greeted and helped by a very nice , and upbeat woman Kim. She was very helpful and made the process a breeze. Thank you soo much it was a pleasure. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family!

Called for a leaky sink disposal. I am always very concerned that contractors try to use the opportunity to make phony alarming diagnosis and try to sell overly complicated repairs.

John came to my place quickly, explained the problem was trivial: faulty installation, and fixed it in one minute with a hammer for the price we agreed on over the phone... Boom, boom, and done.

He also gave me advice about other disposal issues that would look like the disposal need repair but could be trivially diagnosed be me. I appreciate the knowledge and the trivia.

At the end of the visit, I felt that the work done was appropriate, not rushed, and I felt I could trust this company again to work for me (as opposed to work for themselves) if I have another plumbing problem.

HAD NO HEAT IN BUDERUS BOILER respectfully respond in a professional manner and resolve the no heating issue
