Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

With the cold weather my home experienced frozen pipes. After a call was placed they showed at my home and proceeded to clear a clogged drain after the pipes had thawed. In clearing the clog it was discovered that the pipes were rotted. They would have to return the following day. Not sure if when they would return, I tried calling early the next morning and got voicemail. After several call and getting voicemail a trip was made to the office. After speaking with the receptionist I was told by the supervisor that they shut off the phones because of so many calls. To me this was unacceptable and I made it known. Communication is key in any business situation and I should not of had to make a trip to the office to get an answer. Again, communication is key.

Tony was super responsive and does quality work. He was able to come last minute to take out the toilet and vanity before the tiler arrived.
Not only that, there was a leak because he overtightened the attachment and had to come back to fix it and didn't charge us. A lot of companies could have said it happened after the install and charged us.
Definitely our go-to plumber!

Winter's Plumbing is a fantastic company. We have used them for several years on various projects and they have always done a wonderful job. They are professional, competitive, and have great customer service. Most recently we had an issue with our heater and were without heat. With snow falling our house panicked and we called Winter's. An hour later Vinny showed up wearing his mask and got right to work. He was able to go over the issue with us on the phone so we could practice the social distancing we needed, the same method he used when he came to fix our sump pump. Our experience has always been excellent and would highly recommend them.Update:Our house has had various problems and Winter's is always our go to. Today, we called about our water heater, and again within an hour Vinny and Lucas were at our house. I can't say enough good things about this company and it's employees. They are quick to respond, offer a fair price, very knowledgeable, reliable, and follow all Covid safety guidelines. All around great company.

Our entire heating system failed for multiple reasons and John G came from Sila. He was on time, very detailed in explaining issue and possible solutions and kept us informed throughout process. He replaced parts and cleaned after himself. Also stayed around until system was tested multiple times to ensure my family of six had a warm house to sleep in. He went above and beyond and we are so grateful!

Tony from Boston Plumbing was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the issue, and he provided a thorough explanation of the steps he would take to fix our shower and faucet. Rate was very reasonable, and he was trustworthy, both of which are becoming rare in the service indusTony.

I’ve used Michael on at least 10 projects. I’m a contractor and I have never had a problem with his service or price. The reality is that people’s time is worth something, especially on a weekend emergency call.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
