We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. We would definitely use Power Plumbing again, and would recommend them highly.

I called McMahon about a couple of issues that had been lingering for a while. They made an appointment for 2 days later and fixed everything the same day. The plumber was very professional, neat and nice. I will definitely use McMahon for future services.

Anthony and team are quick to respond, professional, and reliable! They've helped me out on several occasions, including: unclogging a deeply clogged kitchen sink and replacing a 1920s toilet with a modern toilet (in a space contained space and with a funky water line). Super happy with their work. Highly recommend. I will call them again if anything plumbing comes up again.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rich on getting two of my boilers replaced. Rich is extremely friendly, professional and thorough gentleman. He came over as soon as I called him, was very detail oriented with the work outline and the quote. He is technically brilliant and made very valuable suggestions that helped me get the most appropriate boiler for my house. He also helped me do the paperwork for the masssave rebate and loan program. His prices are very economical and the whole project was finished in a span of one week. I was extremely impressed with how the whole installation turned out. Both the boilers are running perfect. Luis T. came to my home for a serious plumbing problem in my laundry sink. This was an emergency call I might add. It was the first time I worked with Pann Home Services. Luis was polite, courteous, knowledgeable, persevering and very committed to getting the problem solved--which he did. I have requested Luis through Pann Home Services in case other issues may come up in my home. Highly recommended gentleman!

After numerous phone calls , we hooked up with Steve and his crew. We will be customers forever. They are, without a doubt, the most professional company to work with. We had no heat in various parts of the house for 9 days and they worked diligently to get it back on. They also fixed three broken pipes. Thank you True Blue Don’t take this personally but I hope to never see you again unless it’s to buy you a beer. !!!

Used Chillie Willie in Saugus for a heating system and water heater install. Was attentive to our needs, worked with us, took pride in their work, Will use again for future needs.

Like above, they were responsive and fixed it, but they charged well above market.

Have not written any reviews before but am startled by the negative portrayal of longterm Plumbing and Heating Cambridge firm. I have used other plumbers for emergency and installation jobs and liked them. When it came time to replace our fifty year old furnace we started in researching in spring and chose Barrell. Other plumbers have uniformaly admired their choice of furnace and the workmanship. I would say the reception and scheduling is old school and if you kitchen floor has less than two inches of water ,even charming. No phone tree is a plus to me. That said I think their focus is on contract work. They more than lived up to the job and given our funky house it posed challenges. Crew was professional and they pointed out rebates and helped complete them. They were stellar for the job we needed them for.

Only reason I did not give them five is I don't like to gush and they are as New Englanders, not likely to want me to. Note:. They are closed on weekends, not a problem for me but it is a tip off for their focus.

If you want to receive Five Star quality, professional, courteous, and timely service, I recommend you contact Sam at Alpha Omega Heating HVAC! We've had Sam at the house a few times now for various projects and have nothing but praise for his work. He shows up at the time agreed upon and doesn't quit until the job is done. He keeps you advised as to what's going on with what he doing......... and he notices things that can be improved and brings them to your attention. The best part is he's a very personable, likable guy. No complaints here!

Prompt, transparent, and reasonably priced! I have used other plumbing and heating businesses in the area but Narrow Way is the best when it comes to reasonable pricing and good craftsmanship! I had an issue with a newly delivered dryer and needed the vent to be reconfigured in a tight closet space. They were upfront on how they would charge when I called and showed up in the time window. Highly recommend!

I was referred to Akian Plumbing by my building and I couldn't be happier! I was in constant communication and even when I called and the company was busy, they quickly called back to see if they could help. That was a sign that the company was completely organized in what they were doing. I love working with Jessica L. She was clear, concise and understanding with the plumbing issues we had and I was never left in the dark or in doubt. When she came to do the work, again the communication was top notch especially when compared to other places and was very thorough in her explanations. Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

Tom explained everything to me & included pictures to further explain the issue causing a leak. He is professional & got the job done in a timely manner. I would Velocity plumbing again & recommend them as well.
