First, I called Matt to schedule an appointment that was at my convenience. He then diagnosed the problem over the phone to assure me that the fix would be straightforward and quick. Henri and Ed arrived at my condo as scheduled. Both were very polite, professional and friendly. They were very neat, including placing a large padded blanket on the floor around the work area. The fix was a challenge because it required shutting off the water to all the units in the building. Unfortunately each unit does not have a separated shutoff. They fixed the problem quickly all the while keeping me informed as to their progress. The water was back on in less than an hour. I would highly recommend T-Flow Inc. Great guys!

We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. I left a message for Tony on a Saturday night around 9pm about a leaky toilet that I had tried to fix myself to no avail & he got back to by 7am on a Sunday morning and by 9:30am it was fixed. Since 2014, we have had him do some other plumbing jobs around the house in the past as well. All were very reasonably priced & they very pleasant to work with.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rich on getting two of my boilers replaced. Rich is extremely friendly, professional and thorough gentleman. He came over as soon as I called him, was very detail oriented with the work outline and the quote. He is technically brilliant and made very valuable suggestions that helped me get the most appropriate boiler for my house. I reached out to Narrow Way to help with the plumbing of a kitchen remodel. I spoke to Mary who was very cheerful and promptly helped me set up an appointment. They sent me Mario to take a look at the work and he was very helpful in his recommendations. He never followed up with the actual pricing, even though he called me to tell me he would.
Fast forward a few days, I call and speak to Mary again who prompts Mario to call me with pricing. We spoke and committed to a date and time of when they’d complete what was needed.
This is where it goes downhill. When it came time to actually get the work done, they sent Steve who showed up an hour late (without reaching out to let me know that). When he showed up to do the work, he was inside looking at things etc. He me that he needed to leave to go get a part. When he came back, he informed me that his supervisor advised him to stop the work because there were unexpected things (based on pictures he sent in) and that the quote they gave me wasn’t enough to cover the work and they needed to bill me by hour instead. So 2 hours in, nothing was accomplished. They insisted that another supervisor needed to come out and assess the situation which happened on a Friday afternoon. After this supervisor’s visit, I was told that I’d have an appointment for the following day, Saturday at 7:30 AM. I get a call from Jose at 8 AM to let me know that he won’t be able to come until 10 AM because he’s dispatched to an emergency. 2 hours later and he still no showed.
Backdrop to all this is that I had to arrange for other parties to be there (contractor to install cabinets after plumbing is done) along with an electrician to hook up the dishwasher. Due to their flakiness and lack of commitment to their word, I had to pay everyone for 2 days worth of work for nothing being completed. Even though they present a good front when comes to talking, they lack the professionalism and substance to be reliable to actually get the work done - which is what matters in the service world.

Called for a leaky sink disposal. I am always very concerned that contractors try to use the opportunity to make phony alarming diagnosis and try to sell overly complicated repairs.

John came to my place quickly, explained the problem was trivial: faulty installation, and fixed it in one minute with a hammer for the price we agreed on over the phone... Boom, boom, and done.

He also gave me advice about other disposal issues that would look like the disposal need repair but could be trivially diagnosed be me. I appreciate the knowledge and the trivia.

At the end of the visit, I felt that the work done was appropriate, not rushed, and I felt I could trust this company again to work for me (as opposed to work for themselves) if I have another plumbing problem.

I've always had to deal with window unit air conditioners. They do the job, but they're ugly, heavy, cool a limited space, and worst of all loud. When I bought my first home last year, I overlooked the importance of having good air conditioning while living in the north shore and had to make due with an enormous wall unit in the living room which when turned on is so loud you can't hear anything else. Upstairs gets so hot and humid as to make my home office unusable during the summer months. I couldn't deal with another summer like that, so I looked around for someone who could improve my situation and I landed on AquaFlow. Right away on the phone, Vincent was very friendly and told me he'd come take a look at the house the next day. First thing the next morning he shows up, looks around, then suggests mini split air conditioning. He says he can begin the next day, and sure enough the next day Vincent and Ryan come with all the equipment and get straight to work. It was a big job but they got it done in less than a week! Very friendly and professional the entire time they were working. The air conditioning has now been running flawlessly for over a month. The best air conditioning I've ever had and whisper quiet! The two units upstairs cool the entire floor and I can now work comfortably in my home office all day! I'll definitely be calling upon AquaFlow again for my future plumbing and air conditioning needs. I'm incredibly impressed by the service and professionalism.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
