During the bitter cold snap over this past weekend, we realized we had no hot water and poor heat. Went down to the basement to find water all over the floor. After spending 2 hours on the phone looking for plumber, T-Flow called me back and came the next day! Henry & Jose came promptly on time & spent 6 hours, replacing the hot water heater & cleaning the furnace & replacing old parts. They were great - professional, courteous & willing to do more after clearing it with their boss, Matt. Matt was great too -- keeping in contact with my landlord to get necessary approvals for repairs. This is the 3rd time I've called TFlow & had a positive experience each time. I highly recommend them.

Spoke with the owner, Steve, regarding my old and broken down AC unit. During the process, Steve was truly empathetic towards me and family and knowing that my wife and I are having a baby in July. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided every answer to my questions. Called for a leaky sink disposal. I am always very concerned that contractors try to use the opportunity to make phony alarming diagnosis and try to sell overly complicated repairs.

John came to my place quickly, explained the problem was trivial: faulty installation, and fixed it in one minute with a hammer for the price we agreed on over the phone... Boom, boom, and done.

He also gave me advice about other disposal issues that would look like the disposal need repair but could be trivially diagnosed be me. I appreciate the knowledge and the trivia.

At the end of the visit, I felt that the work done was appropriate, not rushed, and I felt I could trust this company again to work for me (as opposed to work for themselves) if I have another plumbing problem.

My kitchen sink shut off valves failed and got chunks of rubber all up in my faucet, making my kitchen sink totally unusable. Sillari sent plumbers first thing the next morning and they were able to fix the valves and clear the blockage. The two plumbers were very nice and super respectful about wearing a mask in my home.

Highly recommend Vaughan Plumbing! They were punctual with their professionals arriving in the morning on time. Took all safety measures with mask without having to ask, came in and completed the job of adding the new toilets very quickly. When they left cleaned up everything and we had a perfectly new toilet.

Our water heater went just a week ago (last week of February, when it was super cold!), and it left our basement inundated! I called Wayne to see if he could replace our hot water heater that day. Thankfully, he said he could be there by 12pm, and he also offered the service of pumping the water out (for an additional fee). This was really helpful because another company told me they would not put in the water heater until I called yet another company to pump out the water from the basement. That would have left us without a water heater for 24+ hours! Wayne worked hard and got the job done by about 5pm. It was great to have hot water the same day. Extra props that he did all this on such a bitterly cold day!
