After calling two other businesses that told me I would have to wait a week before they could set an appointment, I was relieved to have help from McMahon Plumbing the next day. Jose came out and fixed a broken pipe. He was efficient and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and left everything better than it was before. He was friendly and helpful! I would work with McMahon plumbing again!

True Blue Plumbing & Heating was exceptional to work with! We replaced our old oil furnace and hot water system with new gas systems after getting the gas line brought to our house. Steve and his crew were terrific. They did the work over the course of 3 cold January days and sequenced everything so that we were not without heat or hot water for any noticeable length of time. They showed up at 8am when they said they would, they cleaned up after the work areas at the end of each day, the took care of the inspections with the city and National Grid and they were willing to answer all of the questions that we had about running and maintaining these 2 new systems. Karen, in the True Blue office, guided us through the MassSave loan process too. I would highly recommend True Blue Plumbing & Heating to anyone in the South Shore!

Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

I have a great experience with Akins’s service for my AC system. Making an appointment was easy and timely. The technician James arrived my home very quickly on the same day. James was very pleasant and professional. In addition to identifying the problem immediately (a clogged drain pipe in my AC handler), he carefully examined the whole system to be sure there are no other issues. He is very knowledgeable and skilled, explained to me very clearly and gave good suggestions. He fixed the problem very efficiently. The job was done clean and neat. I will use Akian’s service again.

Technician was familiar with the burner and quickly made repairs, then conducted tests on multiple parameters and made adjustments for peak efficiency.Recent new, high-efficiency, furnace installation was made quickly and professionally. Crew was in and out in nine hours, including the removal of our old dinosaur of a furnace. Would highly recommend Sila for all heating service and installations.
