Brian worked on my system and he was very efficient and personable. I appreciated him explaining what he was fixing and after he finished he explained how the system works and what I should check every year. I called the company late Friday night and they called me back within 15 minutes to schedule the work for late Saturday morning. That pleased me immensely since we were scheduled to have a snow storm on Sunday.

Also, when things go awry with poor workmanship Barrell has always expeditiously made us whole. The HQ team is delightful and I always recommend Barrell to friends, family, neighbors and anyone who asks who to go to for plumbing and HVAC work.
