Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

McMahon Plumbing are awesome! My mom has used them for years and Mike has always taken care of her for all repairs. We recently called them for a emergency pipe leak and they came out same day and helped her out quickly. They gave her an answer to the problem in seconds when other plumbers would’ve taken a long time to give us answers. Highly recommend!

I called saturday morning and Tony said I should be there after 2 this afternoon. He texted me at 1:15 saying he was finishing up and heading over. What more could you want? oh, how about no typical boston shake down at the payment? on the phone in the morning I asked what he thought it would be, Tony said if he only has to do the main line, xxx dollars. After he finished, no extra put on it for this or that. stop searching call drain flow!

I called White’s recently to replace a leaking 3 foot section of cast iron sewer line.

After calling 6 other local plumbers, White’s was the only one able to stop by the day the leak started, temporarily repair it, and come back the next day to complete the job. They were decent, courteous, neat, and fast.

However, they charged $2400 in labor for a repair that took 4 hours and about $50 in parts. I expected to pay more for an emergency repair, but not to be taken.

If you are willing to pay a premium, White’s will do an excellent job. However, if you can, I’d recommend shopping around.

I contacted Nick to complete the plumbing setup before my laundry unit installation. Nick was very responsive and informative. He gave us multiple options on how we could proceed. His team did an excellent job, and the unit was installed on time without any issues. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing-related service.

Terrible customer service. Overpriced

I'm a die hard Barrell fan and a customer for over fifteen years. Why? For example, Mike just came by yesterday to tune up our HVAC system. He's clearly an expert, calmly deals with unexpected adversity, and great to work with.

Also, when things go awry with poor workmanship Barrell has always expeditiously made us whole. The HQ team is delightful and I always recommend Barrell to friends, family, neighbors and anyone who asks who to go to for plumbing and HVAC work.
