The guys came out in less than 48 hours, diagnosed the problem, gave me two options on how to fix it, and stayed all day to fix my problem even though it was supposed to be a quick morning job. Very nice, cleaned everything up after, and were honest with the up-front price I was quoted (even though it took longer than expected).

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Rich on getting two of my boilers replaced. Rich is extremely friendly, professional and thorough gentleman. He came over as soon as I called him, was very detail oriented with the work outline and the quote. He is technically brilliant and made very valuable suggestions that helped me get the most appropriate boiler for my house. He also helped me do the paperwork for the masssave rebate and loan program. His prices are very economical and the whole project was finished in a span of one week. I was extremely impressed with how the whole installation turned out. Both the boilers are running perfect. Also, He is very easy to talk to and makes himself available by text, phone and email that made the whole process very smooth. If I could give zero stars, I would. Tim, who is also the service manager, and his apprentice came to my restaurant on an emergency service call. They did diagnostics and told me the issue was the thermopile and definitely not the gas valve. They called one company to try to get the part and said they couldn’t get it until next week. In a restaurant, you are required to have hot water to operate so this essentially would mean closing the business through the weekend. When asked if there was a universal part that could be used to patch up the issue, Tim hastily told me that if there was anything that could be done, he’d do it. He “called the only company that carries parts”, for my water heater and they’d said the product wasn’t available. He basically told me that even if there was a work around, what was he going to do, drive around to several places in hopes that he could find something that would work? They then left and gave me a tough luck kinda speech saying they’d be back next week. Cut to one hour later when another company came and installed a universal thermopile that was easily picked up. Upon installing this part, it was learned that the gas valve was an issue as well. They then stayed and fixed the issue for me after Pann said it couldn’t be done and Tim couldn’t be bothered to try to actually help us. This was a Friday afternoon and my sense was they just wanted to be done for the day and didn’t want to out in the work. Avoid this company at all costs.

Installed a gas tankless water heater, and the process could be an exemplary model for all contractor interactions. They were punctual, responsive, friendly and answered all my questions, even the dumb ones. Their recommendations have proved correct in the 6 months since the work, the installation looks good, works great and they cleaned up after themselves. I'd totally use them again.

Chilli Willie's has excellent customer service. When I called to inquire about servicing of my HVAC system, the office manager was clear and thorough in explaining the options for services Chilli Willie's offered. I was then sent a follow up message that detailed everything that had been explained over the phone. My questions were answered thoughtfully, and I felt confident in understanding what services would be included in my appointment. The technicians were friendly, efficient, and explained their process. I would definitely recommend them and look forward to continuing the relationship.

I have been working with Narrow Way on a number of jobs around my house, an old! Boston house; jobs have ranged from putting in a laundry sink to plumbing a bathroom . They are very reliable; they come when they say they will, they complete the work they say they will in budget. If they can't do it in budget they let you know why and they have options. They know how to deal with old homes and the surprises they bring to any job. And they treat the customer like a partner instead of the opposition or a brainless impediment (or worse). I recommend them.

He recently installed a tankless water system for me that has completely changed how warm my place is. It saved some money also. Plus, Michael has quite the whistle

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.
