He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. After a gas meter change, I could not get the pilot to start on my water tank. Leah from customer service was able to find my warranty contract even though it was under my brother's name. Since we have a tenant now living in the apartment, we didn't want them to suffer with no hot water. Leah was able to schedule a technician to come and try to fix the problem in the same day even though they were fully booked. Brian Falasca generously came by to help us even though he was done with his last appointment of the day. They honored the warranty that they gave us upon installation and did not charge us for the service call. I can't say enough good things about the service and the quality of people working at Winters Home Services! I am so impressed by their work ethic and customer loyalty! They really are exceptional!

He puts a lot of thought into crafting new high efficiency heating systems too, and likes to save energy in the long run by putting in nessisary effort upfront to reduce heat loss.

They take advantage of you if you are in a fix. My water heater broke and called them to replace it on a Saturday. They came replaced the heater took the old one back.
GE Water heater with same warranty (6 yrs) costs $425 in Home depot. They charged my tenant $2250 plus $ 375 for coming on Saturday.
When confronted I was told that they used better water heater which costs $1100. That means I was still charged $1400 for installation ($350 an hour )
He agreed to refund me the overcharged amount and sent me a Big check of $100. Which was promptly returned to him.
Isn't it day time robbery ? Never use them if you don't want to be robbed.

I called Alpha Omega to replace my Navient Combi Boiler. Sam responded right away and was able to arrive the same day! He was so helpful and very fast in the way he worked.
