They did a fine job. They replaced the things that needed replacing, and tried to explain to me what they were. I would use them again if I needed help.

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

I had a MAJOR disaster - hot water heater sprang a leak in the middle of the night and we found it in the morning along with 5 inches of water over the entire basement. Akian have an emergency contact line and called me back as soon as I reached out first thing in the morning.They were jam packed for the day but scheduled me for an emergency visit at the end of the day. But a technician freed up early and arrived by 2pm.By 4:30pm the hot water heater was fully replaced and all was back in order.This is the 3rd time in the last 12 months Akian has saved me in a pinch!The pricing is fair and everyone I have dealt with have been very courteous and professional. These guys rock!
