Found out that my water shutoff valve for the washer wasn’t working — McMahon was quick to respond and save the day, after I struck out three times with other plumbers (two non responsive, one was going to charge an arm and a leg). Not only did they replace the valve, they also removed the old washing machine, installed the new one, and installed a tub sink for me as well. The final price was still a bit on the expensive side, but nowhere near as much as the quote I received from the last plumber, and I’m satisfied with the work done, so its definitely worth every penny. Elvis was friendly, made sure I had no questions, and also made sure I checked with my condo association before shutting off the water, which I hadn’t even thought of doing! Definitely will be hiring them again if I need any more plumbing work done in the future.

We've had problems with our kitchen drain for years - slow draining, glugging, etc. No one ever really made the problem go away and finally a few evenings ago the entire thing backed up fully - affecting all of the drains in our apartment. I called Drain Flow at 7:15 and Anthony was at our place by noon and had the problem really solved by 1:00PM. He was incredibly pleasant and clearly knew what he was doing. A great experience. And although I don't actually ever hope that we need to call him again - I wouldn't hesitate to do so.

I called Drain stars on a whim after a job from a previous company was done incorrectly(And for nearly triple the price). Drain stars came out and took a look at my main line and they were very nice and courteous, and were happy to show me how my pipes looked before and after the job was done! Very satisfied and they charged me a fair price, plus they did the job correctly! Will definitely be using them again if I ever need to.

Go up Saturday morning to discover first floor bathroom and kitchen floor in a couple of inches of water! Yikes! Called Roto Rooter early and in less than 2 hours Gilbert arrived to take care of our blockage. Thank goodness! By late morning we were up and running with our plumbing. Will definitely be using the drain cleaning solution once a month from now on to avoid a recurrence. Gilbert was knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. Thank you Roto-Rooter for your swift response time. You took care of us in 2008 too when we had roots breaking through a pipe. Fortunately this was an easier fix!

We tried for days to clear our issue with professional grade tools and all and these guys did it in an hour. They were super professional, courteous, personable and friendly. I was lucky enough to stumble across Morisset Plumbing & Heating a couple of years back after dealing with recurrent issues with our old heating system. Tony has been such a life saver in that time. He has repaired portions of our heating system, replaced old and rusted pipes, replaced a toilet, faucet and the likes. Tony is reliably communicative, professional, on time (will call or text to let you know if he happens to be running late which I ALWAYS appreciate), thorough and extremely patient. He answers all of my questions in terms I actually understand (my plumbing and heating knowledge is extremely limited). My 2.5 year old son excitedly asks for Tony on the days he’s planning to do some work on the house and will talk about him for the following days. I can’t recommend Tony enough!
