This was my second time working with Drain Flow, the first was back in January when we needed a kitchen disposal changed, they showed up on time, communication was great, and the job was done right. I called today with a toilet issue and Tony took the time to walk me through it over the phone and saved us some money. This is a great company that will earn your business.

The guys from Pann Home Services did a great job removing ice dams from my home. They were prompt, courteous and professional. They got to some hard to reach spots which would have been very dangerous for a nonprofessional to attempt. The pricing was also accurate. I was very satisfied.

My central air was not cold. I called Sila. John Gulstrom came to our house. He found out possible leaks within minutes and gave me a quote to fix it. However he said it is not recommended because my unit was made in 1989 and it' is too old to be worthwhile repairing. He recommended to install a new unit. His professional knowledge totally won me over. I trusted him 100%

New sewage lines were installed up from my property to the street, as described in The Boston Plumber. The way of travel was cleared of any tree lines. After the tweaks, everything has operated without a hitch. The Boston area's plumbing improvements are greatly appreciated.

He also gave me the info I needed to start dealing with the clean up and major repairs, I am glad that he was there to help me. Thanks Damian!

They arrived promptly, were courteous, discovered that the issue was with the hot water pipe, and then resolved it. They did a terrific job, in my opinion. Very Strongly Recommend!

Great service

Excellent service. They send a photo and name of the technician ahead of time and text you to let you know they're on the way. The technician was knowledgeable, respectful of our home and finished the job in very little time. I would recommend. A little pricey but the convenience of not having to deal with plumbers that are unresponsive or don't show up was worth it for this job.

We had a leak that would not stop under our sink and needed someone immediately. When I called no one was available so I started calling other plumbers and no one was around. 10 minutes after I called 24 HR Emergency Plumber Boston Inc, I got a call back and they said someone is available now and can come. Decent job.
