Best Emergency Plumber in Boston MA

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Had to edit this review. Drainflow has been pretty disappointing recently. They seem too busy and don't really seem to care as much about their customers as they did in the past. Example, my shower valve was leaking and Anthony told me to do the research online myself to figure out what replacement parts I needed, then to buy the myself from the manufacturer. I'm not a plumber. He said he was too busy to figure it out himself and order the parts for me. Not the same service they used to offer. Can't recommend these guys anymore. Look elsewhere if you want a plumber that cares.

Michael, the on-call service tech was a tremendous help. It was late Sunday night during a cold spell and he was able to walk me through some trouble shooting tips and eventually got my heat working.

If I could give Velocity plumbing 6 stars, I would. He has come to my home 3 times now for different issues (including one big job replacing the upstairs bathroom drains and taking out the old cast iron) He's quick, straight-forward, friendly, and very reasonable.
I won't use anyone else moving forward for any of my heating or plumbing needs. Well done Tommy -- you got a customer for life!

work ethic and consideration for the consumer as described. Justina made a great team member. They helped me remedy a bathtub problem that another contractor had been unable to fix. Our contractors rectified it quickly after Justina provided us a fair quotation. They responded to all of my questions and were generally quite helpful. swift to act and exact in their execution. I will never longer contact the plumbers suggested by my home warranty anytime I have a plumbing issue; instead, I will use The Boston Plumber. The project was a nightmare before Justina and his crew intervened and made everything right.

We have been using Bell Tower Plumbing & Heating for years for all of our plumbing needs. We formerly owned a multi-unit apartment building and used Bill on a regular basis for many, many, tenant plumbing issues over the years. We also use Bill at our own home. He is very professional, on-time, quick to respond, reasonably priced, dependable and honest. Bill never tries to up-sell a job and I have always been pleased with his work. I would recommend using his services to anyone and have many times to family members and friends. He is outstanding and you won't be disappointed.

After having our plumber that we have used for years, cancel on us twice in one week, because he ended up throwing out his back. We were in desperate need of a plumber, because our kitchen faucet had been leaking for a week. My wife called JC Plumbing and Heating, she spoke with John and explained the situation. John was very polite over the phone and offered to come out the very next day.

John and another guy showed up the next day. They replaced our leaking faucet with another that we had purchased from Home Depot. They also installed a garbage disposal under the sink and did all new piping. John and his guy were very polite, professional, and explained everything that would happen before they did the work along with a reasonable price. They also cleaned up what very little mess they made.

We are very happy with the prompt excellent service.

These gentlemen were outstanding. They dug up the ground, replaced a pipe, and put everything back exactly the way they found it. They were efficient, professional, and answered all my questions— and the best part, it was all accomplished with a really good sense of humor for what otherwise could have been a real sh*t show.

The procedure moved quite quickly from the time I made the contact to Erick's arrival. My problem was easily fixed as a result of the professional help I got. Recommend them for use in the future.

I have been working with Boston Standard Plumbing since 2014. They have managed my heat and hot water since then. The best thing about this company is the honesty of the owner, and the personal care he takes to his customers. I honestly don't know anything about plumbing so I have trusted in this company to make all decisions and properly advice me for what needs to be done. At one point, a mistake was made by a technician (as mistakes happen), and I would have never known if Joe himself (the owner) didn't call me to apologize, explain the entire mistake and how it happened, take responsibility and ensure I was first on the list to have it solved immediately. He obviously credited me back the funds that went into the mistake and took full responsibility. This to me means more than anything. I could go with any plumbing company and I would believe whatever I am told. But now, I know, that Joe reviews his technicians work and when something isnt right he ensures he corrects it. Its kind of like going to the doctor- I just go and trust them to do whats best. I dont know the entire system.... how could I. Joe makes me feel confident that I can entrust in him the same way. The mistake wasnt even a big mistake. Just the amount of time and effort he personally put into it really impressed me. That is customer service. No automated calls, no online chats, a direct call and honest apology followed by a solution. Very refreshing. Proud to be their customer.

We had a little plumbing problem but had it fixed by the end of the week, glad I used 24 HR Emergency Plumber Boston Inc . I think any of their negative reviews may be from when the company was under different management, because I have nothing but good things to say about them.

We've used Trust 1 a couple times now and I can clearly say they have been the best people to work with in all of Massachusetts. We had Keith over to install some appliances and they were in and out quickly and cleaned up as well. We've had them over for larger projects before and have always gone above and beyond. The prices tend to be a bit higher than average but they do make it up with the professionalism and quality of their services :)

On time, quick work of a terrible situation with multiple pipe bursts. Reasonable price.

Irfan is kindhearted , skillful and talented! He came and fixed broken pipes for us on a state-emergency snow storm day! What he'd done is beyond the work itself. Words cannot express our appreciation!
