John is just a good honest guy. He gave me advice on how to save money on a job even though it was taking money out of his pocket. A lot of contractors will try to take advantage of people, but John just wanted to help. I will definitely be calling him for my next project.

After having our plumber that we have used for years, cancel on us twice in one week, because he ended up throwing out his back. We were in desperate need of a plumber, because our kitchen faucet had been leaking for a week. My wife called JC Plumbing and Heating, she spoke with John and explained the situation. John was very polite over the phone and offered to come out the very next day.

John and another guy showed up the next day. They replaced our leaking faucet with another that we had purchased from Home Depot. They also installed a garbage disposal under the sink and did all new piping. John and his guy were very polite, professional, and explained everything that would happen before they did the work along with a reasonable price. They also cleaned up what very little mess they made.

We are very happy with the prompt excellent service.

JC Plumbing is amazing! I had a new stove delivered by Home Depot and the delivery driver refused to install it because my gas line needed re-piping. They left the new stove (and the old stove) in my kitchen 2 days before Thanksgiving and basically said Good Luck with that. I saw the JC Plumbing van working across the street and went over to ask the guys if they’d be willing to take a look when they were finished at the neighbor’s house. The 2 guys came by an hour later, gave me a quick estimate, and showed up the next morning at 7:30 to do the job. They were on time, super friendly, explained every step of the install to me, and even took my old stove out to the curb for me. Their work was great and I am more than happy that they helped solve my stove problem the day before Thanksgiving. I would not hesitate to call JC Plumbing and Heating for any other work I need in the future. Their work and their customer service is awesome.
