Best Emergency Hvac Repair in Boston MA

I had CTW Plumbing and Heating for several plumbing jobs. He did not supervise his plumbers, delayed fixing unfinishied job and sent some bills almost 9 months later for a return visit and other paid job. CTW owner Caleb did not supervised one major job that cost close to $3,000 of repairing heat pipe. His plumber left metal end caps bend and stuck out in several places. Only after I asked him repeatedlyl to send plumber to come back to fix the end caps, he sent one but still many places have loose end caps that stuck out its sharp metal edges for my rental apartment. Caleb 8 or 9 months later charged for the visit. He also sent me overdue notice for the work that was paid on the day of job again 9 month later. I provided paid receipt from 9 month ago.
He did not listen but stubborn, argumentative, and arrogant instead of straightening things out and He could not provide free services. When did he provided free service? I still have end caps that are loose and open.

Put in a new water heater and a few other things around the house he deafly knows what he’s doing

We recently had a clogged drain and cracked drain pipe. We called Power Plumbing, and Dave got back to us within a half hour. He and another plumber came out that afternoon (exactly at the time they said), and fixed the problem. We're very happy with their responsiveness and the quality of the work. They were very thorough in diagnosing the issues with my hot water-based radiator system and Buderus boiler, and came back the next day to install new parts: fill valve, coin vent, relief valve. Last summer The condo upstairs from me in this beautiful old 2 family home had their main old drain pipe in the kitchen let go, ran down into my dining room and then the cellar. Tony found it had also left mold. Tony and his team worked all day and then some during a heat wave to replace all the pipes, help us get someone in to deal with the mold. They were very professional, knew exactly what they were doing. Today, I had no hot water, Tony was here as soon as possible and replaced a gas valve. I would never use any other plumber. Tony is the best.

Mike was fantastic! We had a sump pump failure + basement flooding on the 4th of July, and he came out that evening (on a holiday, no less) and was so kind in helping get everything fixed and walking me through the entire process and the next steps. It was an incredibly stressful situation that he made 100% better.

I was unable to find a plumber and via Angi I sent a request for a heating and hvac company Stephen from Chilli Whillie in Saugus was the only one to contact me it being a Saturday I had lost my heat Stephen from Chilli Whillie called and came out found the issue and due to the holiday wasn’t able to come til Wednesday but his technician Anthony came out installed our new heating system this company exceeded our expectations they are the best of the best and I would highly recommend them

After a few bad experiences, I stopped using them. They take forever and are always trying to charge for unnecessary work. I'm ok with being ripped off a little bit - all workmen do that - but these guys take it to another level.

Total sham. He tried to charge me $6800 to replace my AC (less than 10 years old) entirely and charged me $250 for him to diagnosis that, while he was only here for about 30 minutes. Another guy is fixing it for $2400. He also undoubtedly made my AC problem worse while he was diagnosing it. It ran before he was here, and it completely stopped after he left. I'm assuming to cause some urgency in this summer heat and just have my blindly agree to his $6800.

Technician was extremely thorough. Took plenty of time to explain everything to me. He was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It was a pleasure working with him.

We were not getting heat in a back bedroom. Tom came out and found out the previous folks must have had kid(s) who threw down all sorts of stuff down the ductwork. He cleaned our furnace and fixed our problem with a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

WMF was recommended to me by my friend and I was happy with their services. There is a fire damage in the kitchen and it needed to be repaired and painted. The team from WMF came and finish the job in the sense I expected. They were excellent.

I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

I reached out to Montrond Company during a heat wave when my AC gave up on me. Silas answered the call and stopped by to look at my unit the same day that evening and figured out it was the capacitor that was broken. He was able to replace it the following morning and I've had no issues with my AC since then! I am impressed with Silas and the Montrond Company's responsiveness, professionalism and efficiency. He gave me some good advice and suggestions on a heating issue I've been dealing with and plan to use them for that project as well. The Montrond Company is trustworthy and has the customer's best interest at heart.
