These folks are very professional, they know what needs to be done and are straight with the customer. Great to have a reliable plumbing service close by!!

I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

Rich Mathews is really a good HVAC and plumbing expert, very genuine and honest with estimation, work and well organized. We got flooded and the hot water stopped functioning, called so many places, Rich was out on another job, promptly returned my calls, texts and emails. He also has a great relationship with the local town inspectors that is able to coordinate very efficiently on permits and inspection times. He came over on Saturday and got the water heater replaced by Monday, again kept us in the loop with the process. Fixed few things which the builder had forgotten about it during initial construction. He has kept in contact after the job was done to make sure we were runing and if other items related to water damage were getting addressed, highly recommend him, glad that I found my plumber for all future work (Thanks Rich !)

peter checked on my heating system which went fine.Also looked at the fire said it needed a clean and new thermo couple ,made an appointment.

We bought an older house this Summer, and, of course, soon discovered many things wrong with the chimney, plumbing, furnace, etc. We set about finding companies to deal with all of this and more.

After discovering a leak in our sewer line in the basement, we called a recommended plumber, who did not return three calls. We researched other plumbers, and found True Blue Plumbing. Their reviews were good, so I called. The great experience started when their office receptionist, Karen answered the phone, and was immediately responsive, helpful and reassuring. This excellent experience continued as plumber Mike arrived, looked at the problem. He needed to return with parts. He replaced the needed part, cleaned out the line and cleaned up the space before leaving, to look better than it had before. He also recommended a couple of additional things we could do in the future.

True Blue is a keeper company, and we are *very*grateful that we received no response from the first company we called! Thank you!

My rental condo had a clogged shower that overflowed. Akian worked with within my very tight schedule to have a tech show up within hours of me calling. Very mindful of the property. The tech wore boot covers whenever inside the house. Would *highly* recommend and will work with Akian exclusively from now on.

We called Sila with a water leak issue and they promptly gave us a time to visit that worked with our schedule. Steve came and quickly diagnosed the problem and was very helpful in solving the issues in a quick and most cost effective manner. I feel that I would have called any other company they would have advised me to fix the problem in the most expensive and quickest way but Steve took the time to give me alternative fixes which truly worked best for us! Thank you Steve!

So, we all know plumbing emergencies alway happen on holiday weekends, right? Of course! We lost our hot water Friday night. Spent hours Sat leaving messages with answering services, waiting for callbacks.. UNTIL we found Jay at Aaron Plumbing, who ACTUALLY PICKED UP THE PHONE and asked detailed questions about our situation. He and his father came out the next day and took care of us. That's the bottom line: they were responsive, and took care of us. Highly recommended.

We needed help with our HVAC system during a heatwave. They were very quick to respond and very helpful and they came out. Would recommend to anyone.

Rich is incredibly responsive and great to work with. I called to get a quote for replacing my water heater, and within the hour, he was able to personally come out to the house, take a look at the job, provide a quote and schedule the replacement for the next day. This was the best experience I've ever had with a plumber - he handled every aspect of the job promptly and professionally.

Their crew worked very hard to thoroughly clean the area. They left the dehumidifier on for almost a week at no extra charge to ensure all the moisture was removed. WMF and their team were great!!

Did a service on Navien on-demand boiler/hot water system. Did a great job, and purged system which fixed a heating issue we had experienced for some time.

Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. Definitely not part of his job requirements, but like I said above and beyond! Would highly recommend and will have them back for future jobs. Thanks, Mike!

Great job. Joarez was super helpful and efficient.

Two other plumbers had no idea what was causing my heating system to fail. After wasting money on service calls, GPH had it figured out within an hour of inspection and fixed within a day. These guys are experienced and reasonably priced. My go-to from this point forward.
