Rich replaced our hot water heater recently and did some other work for us a couple of years ago. Anytime I've called Rich he's responded very quickly, he shows up on time, and if he says he's going to do something he does it. He always has a great attitude, too. Even when things don't go exactly as planned. I won't hesitate to call Rich for our next water heater.

I called for an estimate to install a gas dryer and was told they don't give estimates over the phone, but for $69.95 they would send someone over to provide an estimate. If I decided I didn't want to give them the job, I'd only pay $69.95.

I called Roto-Rooter and they'll come out for free to give an estimate.

Jeremy and his team from Akian installed the latest model energy efficient HVAC/heat pump systems in our home. They did a great job throughout the entire process and were very professional, knowledgeable and really nice. Jeremy spent a lot of time with us beforehand talking about the system, answered all of our questions, and took many pictures of our old system and relevant areas so that the team could review exactly what was needed. He always responded immediately whenever we had any more questions or concerns. Communication was great during the installation process and we were always informed and updated on progress. Steve, the owner, came to talk with us and to see the work as it was being done. The new system uses the latest technology both in operation and control from the thermostat, and Jeremy and the team were great setting up and explaining the system to us and made sure we were comfortable with the controls. The ongoing customer support for our new system is fantastic, which is something that is very important to us! We would highly recommend Akian!

Quick to schedule a service call for a broken hot water heater. They came out the same afternoon and fixed the problem for $300 including parts. Most others we talked to were recommending a complete replacement. Unsure how long we would be staying in the house so this was the best course of action. Would use again.
