I have used Rich for over 10 years for various plumbing needs, including water heater installations. Rich is a real professional who not only loves what he does, does it well, but also really cares about his customers. Last night, my water heater kicked the bucket. I called Boston Water Heaters at around 9 pm to leave a message and Rich answered. Yes, he answered at 9 pm. Rich fit me in and came out today to install a new water heater for me. He came when he said and charged me what I knew to be a fair price. I will not use anyone else for this service. The care he has shown to me when I've been in a pinch has earned him my loyalty as a customer. Thanks Rich!

A connection to our hot water heater began leaking and within 24 hours of calling Pann, they immediately sent out Tim and Frank to look at the job. Tim was very upfront about the costs and made the whole process clear. They completed the repair in less than two hours and were very fair in their pricing, honoring the warranty that the water heater came with. Highly recommended should you need fast, reliable plumbing services.

Very nice gentleman came to the house, he was appropriately dressed for Covid and social distanced, he took a few notes down and a few pictures of my furnace. They got back to me via email to give me an estimate.

Rich is a consummate professional. He completed an oil-to-gas conversion for us when our oil boiler failed. He thoroughly explained the process to us and was present throughout the process when other contractors needed to be involved. Rich was communicative throughout the process and considerate of our needs. He ensured that we were not without hot water throughout the furnace transition process and worked around our family schedules. We are very pleased with the final set up and are very grateful to Rich and Lori for their guidance, kindness, and conscientiousness throughout the project.

Silas and his crew has done 2 jobs for us now. He is punctual, polite, and professional. Last year he was able to beat two local, 5 star rated on Angie's list, Hvac companies estimated by over $2000. I do not hesitate to refer them to friends and family. I don't personally have any interest in the company, nor do I know anyone that works for them personally. Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. Definitely not part of his job requirements, but like I said above and beyond! Would highly recommend and will have them back for future jobs. Thanks, Mike!

They came to fix a leak in my shower and in doing so broke my shower handle which was working fine prior. They charged me to install a new shower handle even though it was their fault. Customer service was terrible and they refused to return my call.

Quick to schedule a service call for a broken hot water heater. They came out the same afternoon and fixed the problem for $300 including parts. Most others we talked to were recommending a complete replacement. Unsure how long we would be staying in the house so this was the best course of action. Would use again.
