Adam was excellent helping during my emergency service, my plumbing called while Adam was finishing, but I choose to use my plumber to finish the job in the morning. The price quoted was 3x higher that I paid for my plumber.

Called 781 Plumbing and heating on late Sunday night. Very responsive and quick. As new homeowners, 781 plumbing was very helpful with our boiler issue, providing us with some knowledge and peace of mind.

Old gas dryer broke, needed a new one installed. Tried calling a number of other plumbers and many of them were unresponsive, had high quotes (or ridiculous $125 service fee to have them come out for the quote), or no available slots for weeks.

From the get go Frank was awesome — quick to respond (answered first time I called), great quote (total price was lower end of quote), and scheduled for the next day. Day of, he called because he was running EARLY and came quickly. Installed the new gas dryer no problem, made sure everything was hooked up correctly, no leaks, and took extra time to make sure the closet door could close (really small room and original layout didn't take into consideration the dryer exhaust vent). Overall really happy I found him — will def use again.

We have used Anthony and his team 3 times now and have been 100% happy each time! We wouldn’t consider calling anyone else. They are very respectful and professional from the very first communication to the extra time spent cleaning up. Each time they’ve been able to come within a few hours. To top it all off, the cost is always very reasonable!

Nick and his team are the most professional and experienced plumbers I have ever delt with in the past. I needed there help at my house a few times and one particular time my hot water tank and house heat wasn't working coming back from a trip and they were able to squeeze me in there busy schedule and take care of the problem that same day. I can't say enough about Plumr! Highly recommend to anyone!!! A++++++++

These guys are awesome! Responded quickly and explained everything as they did it. Double checked their work before they left to make sure the clog was cleared and we wouldn't have an issue in the near future. Would definitely call them again!

It's my Dad's plumbing company, so... He's good at fixing old systems, and likes taking on the odd complex problems that pop up in old plumbing and heating systems in the basements of Boston. He puts a lot of thought into crafting new high efficiency heating systems too, and likes to save energy in the long run by putting in nessisary effort upfront to reduce heat loss.

Charlie and the crew are the best. From start to finish, they are professional, courteous, and do great work. Highly recommend.
