Very professional. Found the problem right away. Followed all Covid guidelines too. Would definitely recommend.

I called Frank for an issue with my Gas Boiler and he was able to come out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He walked me through what needed to get done vs. what was more of a nice to have and didn't pressure me at all to get more work done than I absolutely needed. I will definitely use Frank again.

We were having an issue with a leaky faucet. they were able to come the same day we called. Stan was extremely nice! And was quick to fix the issue. We would highly recommend!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

What a wonderful day I had meeting Mike K. from Pann Home Services. My request was to have a carpenter arrive this morning and was scheduled for 9:00AM. I was contacted by Mike at 8:30AM stating he was on his way. Mike arrived on time, greeted me with a warm smile and a hand shake thanking me for scheduling a service call. Once Mike entered my condo he put on his booties and listened to my issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and offered suggestions on how to approach each issue. I truly enjoyed meeting Mike K., you can tell he really enjoys his profession; he speaks very highly about the Pann Company, and meeting him today, has convinced me that I found the perfect full service company to meet all my needs.

Mike K., did a wonderful job coordinating a BIG project today requiring removal of kitchen appliances and re-install new appliances. He also coordinated a plumber to install the dishwasher at the same time, as well as doing carpentry work. This project took the entire day with a crew of four from PANN. All employees were very helpful, pleasant and very professional.

This project was very difficult because I had prior work done that entailed new kitchen counter tops and flooring from Home Depot. The job was so poorly done by Home Depot, that PANN had to take extra time to resolve all issues and obstacles they encountered with reinstalling new appliances.

Mike K, went above and beyond to make sure things were running smoothly, and at the end of the day, everything was perfect, a job well planned and executed, outstanding clean-up and I was able to close the door behind me with a feeling of accomplishment. And I owe it all to Mike K., for making it happen. This man is more then just an employee; he knows the value behind Customer Service.

March 2022 update;Winters saw my review and Mike came back to take a look at the radiator cover. He was able to jimmy the radiator cover back on without having to touch the new valve or controller. He explained that he had installed the valve controller at an angle to make it more accessible for future repairs, and pointed out that the cover had never fitted quite right before the valve replacement, although the angle had certainly made it worse. He gave me some suggestions for how to modify the sheet metal to fit better, without having to pay for a plumber's time to do that job. Overall I'm satisfied -- I still wish it hadn't taken extra visits to fix issues but I'm very impressed with their responsiveness.Feb. 2022 update:I'm changing my rating to 3 stars now based on recent service calls. Our boiler is working well, and overall we are happy -- the folks at Winters are very responsive when we call; communication is great, and both the office and the technicians are respectful and professional. But we've had a couple of issues recently with their work. In December 2021 we paid $555 to replace a leaky air vent, but less than a month later it was leaking again and when another tech followed up, it became clear that no new part had actually been installed. That issue has been fixed now (at no additional charge) but a couple of weeks ago we found that one of the zone valves Winters replaced just a year and a half ago has failed already (the previous one lasted over 10 years), to the tune of another $743. The replacement was installed solidly but at a tilted angle so it no longer fits inside the metal sheathing around the radiator (photos attached). Overall everything seems to be working well now, for which we are very thankful. But it no longer feels like a 5-star experience.2020 review (5 stars):Zane wrote the estimate for the boiler and zone valve replacement project for our condo building. He was extremely responsive, answering all of my (many) followup questions over several phone calls. We got quotes from 5 different companies and Zane was the only one who pointed out that we had a lifetime warranty on our current stainless steel water tank so we did not need to replace that part of the system. He also carefully did the sizing calculation up front to determine that we could safely downsize from our previous system. Between these two items, he saved us thousands of dollars.Brad did the installation for us. He took great care with every detail, keeping me fully informed of the status as the project progressed. He cheerfully answered all of my questions, explaining what he was doing and why. The whole project took a bit longer than we had expected but it was well worth it -- nothing was done in a rush and I feel very confident in the quality of the installation. (I might have slowed him down with my questions but thanks to this, I was able to get a good understanding of the new system so we can keep it properly maintained.)All my interactions with the front office have been really positive as well. Everyone has been very courteous and they seem to be right on top of things. This is a huge factor for us since it removes any uncertainty about scheduling and billing. It seems to me that everyone we've interacted with at this company is in the loop and working together to make sure we are happy.From start to finish, we had an excellent experience with Winters on this project. We're looking forward to working with them to keep the new system maintained (and maybe do some A/C work for us as well).

I had a truly great experience with this company. Everyone was timely, communicative, prompt and more importantly patient with me when I asked for time to get a second opinion. They ended up being the best priced option and also were reliable and friendly to work with. Most importantly, I felt I could trust them entirely. Highly recommend!

We've had Sam at the house a few times now for various projects and have nothing but praise for his work. He shows up at the time agreed upon and doesn't quit until the job is done. He keeps you advised as to what's going on with what he doing......... and he notices things that can be improved and brings them to your attention. The best part is he's a very personable, likable guy. No complaints here!

Chris C was fabulous! Super communicative, went over the top to fix the on-site issues and was friendly and respectful throughout the whole process! I would recommend him to anyone who needs good reliable work done!

Harry (Sila) went the extra step with my AC tune-up . Completed a complete analysis of the furnace and AC. Harry also suggested enrollment, which I did in the maintenance plan. Great job!!!

Tony from Boston Plumbing was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable about the issue, and he provided a thorough explanation of the steps he would take to fix our shower and faucet. Rate was very reasonable, and he was trustworthy, both of which are becoming rare in the service indusTony.

Brian and Tommy are the best. Very knowledgeable and honest. I manage properties and only call them if there is any plumbing needs.

Barrell Plumbing installed a 2 mini-split system providing air conditioning as well as heat. We were impressed with how they were able to start and finish the work earlier than they originally quoted.

Their workers, plus an outside electrical crew they hired to perform the electrical work, were professional and efficient, especially how they cleaned up after themselves upon leaving.

The units have performed above our expectations, especially after experiencing several weeks of hot, humid weather. Now that cooler weather is here, the units provide excellent heat very quickly.

We are very satisfied with Barrell Plumbing and would certainly recommend them.

They were quickly available & scheduled the job for the next morning. Nice folks. It was a difficult copper solder-joint leak in a nearly inaccessible space, but they were able to solder in new copper joint w/o burning the surrounding wood, then heat-cycled the boiler to make sure the leak was truly fixed. They worked quickly, but did not try to cut any corners - they did the correct fix vs. the quick fix.

It looks good and neat ,, beautiful water line to my refrigerator to make ice and filtered water !!!

Mike and his guy’s are great. The whole team was professional from start to finish. Mike was very transparent and only added suggestions if he thought one of my ideas was counterproductive. Anyone I send Mike to is always pleased with his quality and attention to detail.

They charged me $500 for an estimate that was double what it cost for someone else to do the job...stay away from them!
