Very friendly staff, and very pleased with the professionalism as well as the work done. Staff was great about wearing masks/social distancing during the job as well. 100% would use again.

I called Frank for an issue with my Gas Boiler and he was able to come out the next day. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He walked me through what needed to get done vs. what was more of a nice to have and didn't pressure me at all to get more work done than I absolutely needed. I will definitely use Frank again.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

thorough, and talented. He recently did plumbing work at my home replacing an
out dated non-working toilet in my upstairs bathroom. Went like clock work, he ordered exactly what I wanted for a replacement toilet, arrived when he said he would, removed and disposed of the old one with absolutely no disruption to my home - efficient and clean, I'm so pleased with his work. When ever I have an issue and it gets assigned to Tim, I do not worry about anything, as I know the high quality work he does. In my opinion he is an asset to PANN HOME SERVICES.

A lot of bells and whistles with expensive poor service. I had a kitchen plumbing issue and called them based on good reviews. The customer service was good over the phone and setting up an appointment was easy. However, the technician was novice at best. He recommended some major repairs and gave me a big quote. And then he gave me an invoice for $158 - $79 dispatch fee and $79 evaluation service call fee. I don't know why they have two fees, shouldn't they just have dispatch fee? I did not want to argue with him about these fees, so I paid him and he left.I called my local plumber who took very long to response because he was very busy. He evaluated the whole plumbing issue and told me that it is not as bad as it looks and he fixed it the same day for a fraction of the quote that was provided by Akian.I felt like I was scammed. I am not calling them again.

We used Sila to do a review of our heating, cooling, and ventilation systems to determine if they would accept us as customers for their annual maintenance plan. Brian was detailed and thorough in his appraisal and is returning to do further assessments on our boiler. We appreciate his approach to examining the condition of the heating and ventilation systems going into the heating season.

New sewage lines were installed up from my property to the street, as described in The Boston Plumber. The way of travel was cleared of any tree lines. After the tweaks, everything has operated without a hitch. The Boston area's plumbing improvements are greatly appreciated.

Brian and Tommy are the best. Very knowledgeable and honest. I manage properties and only call them if there is any plumbing needs.
