Heat went out on the coldest day of 2021 so far. Drew arrived that morning and within a short time found the issue. He then fixed the problem for us while keeping us informed all day. When another issue came up, Drew offered to troubleshoot the situation on the weekend and walk us through what was happening via text and phone - above and beyond any plumber and heating company I’ve used before. We’ve already used his service for our latest issue with pipes and water leaks. Extremely professional, great customer service, and are very pleased with his diligence and response timing to fix our issues. Highly recommend!!

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

We had some shaky pipes that needed to be secured and Tom and Joe were amazing. Very professional and their work is solid. When we initially called Velocity plumbing about the issue -they asked us to send a video to see if it needed fixing even without a in person eval, which I thought was an honest assessment. We have used them twice so far and will stick with these guys for any plumbing issues.

Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

Five-star experience in every respect. Called Irfan on a Sunday to inquire about disconnect of an old gas stove and installation of a new one being delivered the following weekend. He called me back within 15 minutes and confirmed an appointment. He arrived on time for the disconnect and reconnect appointments, explained the work that was necessary, suggested an improvement to the configuration of the gas line/shutoff behind the stove, and was very friendly and professional throughout. He took all of the quirky aspects of the 125+ year-old building in stride and also helped me take a look at some other plumbing issues we plan to address in the near future.
