I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

I can’t say enough great things about Frank. He does excellent work for excellent prices. I am a homeowner and landlord, I could not do what I do without his help. He always answers the phone and solves my problem ASAP. He has helped me out so much over the years I run even non plumbing issues by him for his guidance and he helps me there too. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

Anthony and Ralph are easily the best plumbers I've ever met in my entire life. They raise the bar for the entire profession. Absolutely outstanding customer service, fast inspection, and solved my drain issues quickly and efficiently. Their pricing is reasonable and they were very personable and great to talk to.

On a recent Google search for water heaters I found Boston Water Heaters and requested service. It was nice to see an owner actually answer the phone and speak to me directly. Not only was the service prompt but professional. Rich did an amazing job with our new water heater installation. It far exceeded our expectations. Tim and Frank polite and professional. They answered all my questions about carbon monoxide and gave me good advice on CO detectors for my home. they found 2 pipes that needed sealing and came back a few days later to repair. Very good company.

Used Chillie Willie in Saugus for a heating system and water heater install. Was attentive to our needs, worked with us, took pride in their work, Will use again for future needs.

I had an emergency situation where my outdoor hose spigot was leaking aggressively and pooling at the foundation. I had to turn off the water to my house since I didn’t have a control valve for that spigot alone.

So it was urgent, I called and they were able to send someone out that morning! The plumber came with the parts needed, finished the work efficiently, and even came in to help with an unrelated clog/slow drain.

The work was great and the price was more than fair, very happy with the work.
