Great experience, so glad to have found this company. The owner, Matt, returned my call promptly and guided me through the process. Their business card says “We’ll treat you Like Royalty” and they really did! Henry and Ed showed up, introduced themselves and laid down drop clothes so as not to soil the floor. The job was done expertly and quickly. It was a joy to have a them do the job.

These folks are very professional, they know what needs to be done and are straight with the customer. Great to have a reliable plumbing service close by!!

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience with Advantage III. I called on a Monday morning, they picked up right away and were very friendly. I was able to get an appointment the next day to look at a water leak I was having in the basement. The plumbers came and identified and fixed the issue within an hour and a half and they were very nice and seemed to be very knowledgeable. Would recommend!

We had old faucet that was leaking and I requested to replace to a new one. They only fixed it not replacing it and charged me $488. I still have old faucet but now leaking.

Jay answered early on a Sunday morning & talked through my potential problem with me, advising me honestly. He came over only hours after & as the problem was negligible he charged me a nominal fee. We were able to talk through a few other potential plumbing opportunities in my home & I was afforded some excellent advise. I'll be using them for any/all of my plumbing needs!

Cue the scene, my garbage disposal is broken and keeping the dishes area clean is starting to become a nightmare. I didn't know what to do and, like all of you, looked up some good reviews to find the right person for the job. I'm pleased to say that Wayne was on time, highly professional, and an all-around great guy. I know who I'm calling for my next plumbing issue :D

I had two, slow-draining drains that could use some attention (bathtub and bathroom sink). I called Rotorooter as they were well reviewed.The window I was given was between 8-10 am, and I was told that I would receive an email confirmation and a phone call approximately 40 minutes before the employee arrives. I received no email and no phone call, and the gentleman arrived at 9:50 A.M.We walked to the bathroom and I ran both faucets. The guy looked at both for about 30 seconds and suggested we snake them. Seems fair and about what I had expected. Then he told me the price: $733. Yes, $733 to snake two drains. It was nearly $500 to snake a single drain, and the second drain was “half-off.” I told the guy “no way,” and he said ok and left.Do yourself a favor and do just the slightest bit of research when it comes to cost of snaking a drain. These guys were legitimately twice the price of what other local businesses charge. We’re not talking a bathroom remodel here, it was snaking two drains.

Had water pouring through basement ceiling when I ran water in kitchen sink - what a mess! Called Sunday night, and Pat came to my house within 20 minutes. He assessed the problem and told me it was a big job, and asked if it was okay if he returned Monday morning. I agreed. Pat was at my door at 7am sharp on Monday and he worked diligently until 3pm. It was very apparent that he not only knew what he was doing, but took great pride in his (excellent) work. The price was very reasonable. I will call Catano Plumbing for any future plumbing needs - and have already recommended them to several of my friends.
