It's hard to find honest and trustworthy work in this business. I called a number of competitors in the area and it was the same song and dance: flat trip fee + plus diagnostic. The competitors wouldn't even provide a quote estimate even though that's what their website promised. When I called T-Flow, the person (I forget the name) who picked up the phone seemed to actually care. He asked a number of questions to drill into the problem and provided a clear cost/benefit analysis. No upselling, no misleading information, and provided some DIY tips to save money! Thank you T-Flow!!!

Power Plumbing was really responsive via text! They came within a week for a non-emergency shower fix and dryer vent cleaning. Helped me identify part I needed which I was able to order ahead of their arrival. They did the job well, but ultimately overcharged me. Good quality work though

Phil came to investigate a leak from our attic furnace - I was charged $150 for what I expected would be a complete and thorough inspection of the unit to diagnose the issue. He reported that he could not find anything wrong with the unit and advised that it might be due to temperature changes (poor insulation) in the attic space. I took his advice to insulate at significant expense and monitor the problem. Weeks later the issue was still unresolved and I needed to enlist the help of another HVAC provider to correctly diagnose the issue (a broken heat exchanger which necessitates unit replacement). In the interim the slow leak caused mold to form and a multi-thousand dollar repair that likely could have been avoided with better up front advice. Additionally, while I did not get helpful results from the inspection I paid for, I was given quotes for thousands of dollars of other maintenance for the system… no chance I’d ever use Akian for maintenance or any other issue in the future.

I contacted Aaron Plumbing for an estimate on short notice. Jay was extremely helpful & went out of his way to assist on a home inspection followup. Highly recommend their service!

In and out so fast. Know what they're doing even on a not so standard install. Cleaned up took away all old parts and packaging. Left like the were never here. If anything goes wrong just call. The best.

the person whom took the initial call did not take the time to listen to my concerns and issues I had and was not able to give me and approx estimate and when technician got here they quoted me for almost a $1000 to reseat my toilet so it did rock (no leaks) and snake my sink) something I have done myself but just got out of the hospital and was not in good health to do and only took me about an hour and a half!I had to pay them $70 for a trip fee just to walk in and out, approx 10 minutes.I do not recommend! Use a local business if it's a small job you can do yourself and just can't get to for whatever reason or other dependable business that will take their time with you and not waste your time.Needless to say they did not come within their 8-12 window so I wasted my day!
