Best And Replacement in Boston MA

I called for a neighbor whose main drain clogged on the last day of the year. They sent over a technician who didn't know how to open the main drain pipe...and said they'd send someone more expert two days later!
A total contrast to prior experiences, which is why I nonetheless gave 2* - but for this visit, not even deserving of one.

Becky who runs the day to day is super pleasant and great to work with. We use them for hundreds of repairs calls a year, in addition as a general contractor they do plumbing for all our construction jobs. Excellent service and pricing. Found this company to be the most honest after calling around and being highly disappointed with the competitors. They arrived when they said they would, gave me an idea of pricing over the phone and came in under what they quoted. When does that happen? Never! Call this company you won’t regret it.

We called at 8am and our water heater was assessed as needing replacement by 930, as Adam showed up promptly. The new water heater was in before noon and despite the rain, the entire job was done cleanly and smoothly. Will certainly use them again! The pricing was also more than fair.

Came the same day I called to help with my heater issues. They were professional and knowledgeable in letting me know the issues and how to fix them. I felt like I wasn’t being upsold in any way and that I was getting honest advice. Highly recommend.

The guys at Drain Flo, esp. Drain Flo are AWESOME! When we have drain issues they always come out quickly. They are clean, thorough, and most of all...HONEST! Thank goodness we can count on them for great service over the years. One less thing to worry about...YAY!

We can't speak highly enough of Rich and the work he did for us. He replaced our old hot water heater with a propane fuelled one. The end result has been excellent. He was also kind enough to replace a couple of faucets as an additional side project while he was here. From the start Rich was a consummate professional: he returned calls quickly, came out immediately and gave us a reasonable estimate, and then completed the job in a timely fashion. He will be a our go-to for all future projects. Highly recommend.
