Rich replaced my hot water heater. I was very impressed. He did an excellent job, was very personable, and stood by the quote he gave me. I could tell he loves what he does and wants to make sure it’s done the right way. He even helped me over the phone when I first called to make sure my old hot water heater was properly turned off. I would call him for any plumbing needs!

Hourican Plumbing is fantastic-professional, open and honest and responsive. I called because a leaky faucet flooded my kitchen. Pauric diagnosed issue and came back the next day to fix the problem. Highly recommend!

Our boiler stopped working just before an expected storm and cold snap. Our plumber couldn't guarantee service before the pipes might freeze. We called Winters and David was there within the hour and had us up and running quickly. He also gave us several good tips regarding what to look for if the boiler quit again. Amazing!

Cold called them on a Monday morning because my shower handle was stuck and wouldn't turn off. They asked me to text them photos and video of the issue so they could diagnose it. They determined it would be a relatively quick fix, so they were able to fit me in Tuesday morning. When they arrived on Tuesday morning, they fixed everything right up. In addition, they noticed that my bathroom faucet had low pressure, and cleaned out the sediment trap as well! I'm definitely going to be going to them for all my plumbing needs.

Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. Definitely not part of his job requirements, but like I said above and beyond! Would highly recommend and will have them back for future jobs. Thanks, Mike!

They showed up when they said they would, fixed the problem and cleaned up after! Very reasonably priced and they were nice to my dog. What more can you ask for?

Service was great and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Only issue for me was that they “don’t give pricing over the phone” and the technician said the price for drain clearing was a standard flat rate of $489. Pretty steep and I probably would have shopped around if I had known that was the price. I suppose I understand why they don’t give prices before they get there!

He made sure I was comfortable with every step, including the price, and also provided great tips on how to maintain the system, given some specific aspects of the model and initial installation.
