Needed to replace a leaking garden-faucet water-supply valve. Got quick response, punctual arrival, and a clean effective job. Well worth the $200.-- cost.

I sold my house a few months ago and I had to complete a final round of renovations before we put it on the market. In the kitchen we needed a kettle pot filler plumbed & installed and a gas line run for the new stove - and we needed a 2nd floor laundry room fully plumbed.

Real came to our home to give us an estimate one afternoon. He was on-time, courteous, honest - and very thorough. He walked me though every issue I had and talked me through all of the work that would have to be completed to plumb the laundry room. As a rule: I get three estimates from different contractors to get the best price. Real was my second contractor. I didn't even bother calling the third plumber because I knew that Real was an honest guy and someone I trusted. There are a lot of sketchy contractors in Mass but Real is like a diamond in the rough.

He completed everything super quickly and was able to accommodate our wicked tight schedule and work around other contractors in the house. He has a calming demeanor about him and this kept me from flipping out on some of the other contractors.

We had a few problems where Real saved the day: 1) With a tile guy who accidentally severed the drain pipe for the claw foot tub and it started raining through the kitchen ceiling below (note that the ceiling was just installed by the plasterers and wasn't even 24 hours old...). After I stopped screaming, I wiped the tears away, poured a drink and I called Real. He came over the next morning and was able to fix everything - without having to have the newly tiled floor or the new ceiling redone!! Seriously - he was such a blessing!

2) Second issue was with an electrician who didn't properly attach the new range hood and it came crashing down - onto the new kettle pot filler. I should have fired this guy several problems ago, but he was the brother of our Realtor so out of guilt and stupidity, I kept him on… Same story: I called Real in a panic - I had a new kettle pot filler overnighted and he came out right away and installed the new one. He saved the day.

Through the ups and downs with this renovation, Real was the best contractor I have ever worked with. I seriously couldn’t have sold this house without him. I wish he would move his family to Richmond, VA (where I am now) - so that I could hire him again. I highly recommend Real for all of your plumbing needs - he'll get it done - he'll do it right - and he’s honest about the price.

Absolutely the worst service. Technicians, at least 4, came and went. one said in low on refrigerant. One said i had a leak, another said my drain needed cleaning. Recharged with refrigerant, that cost me over $600 then agreed to do a leak search which they claimed is 4 hours of work and estimated the cost at $1800. Technician came for an hour, topped up my refrigerant because the recharge guy didn’t do it properly, cleaned my drains and told me no leak, all good. He also said i would only be charged $830 which was a deposit for the $1800 estimate, yet the office charged my card on file for the whole amount. I called and called to dispute it and no response. Terrible fraudulent and technicians who are very poorly trained. Except for the last one but to get him, in $2400 poorer.

In this world of it is impossible to find Anyone who could do anything Right it was a wonderful experience to find Trust 1 Service plumbing. Very friendly service, both Eric and John Mack showed up with a clean new van, and clean uniforms & booties to protect our floors. Lots of smiles, and quick service made the repair to our instant hot water heater perfect. Replaced the filter, and left the unit looking like new! So Wahooooooo Trust 1 and thanks again Eric and John Mack.

Arrowhead Plumbing has been the only company I have used since the time I bought my home. They have installed a water softener, fixed broken pipes, fixed leaks and flooding issues. Disturbingly bad service. awful attitude, no result, overpriced

We replaced sink and shower head in our old bathroom with I&C MECHANICAL. We had an issue with old pipe during process and everything was fixed and replaced. Very professional service, good communication and they always arrived on time.

David at rhino rooter charged an elderly woman $3,900 to replace the pictured PVC, a total of 3 hours was spent on site. He didn’t water test the connection, and flooded the basement. He refuses to discuss the situation with I, a family member, or anyone else that is not the confused, and vulnerable home owner. Text book elderly abuse. The damage David did was quoted at $15,000 to remediate and replace. I would avoid at all cost.

Highly recommend Green Tech! Our heat stopped working in the middle of the night, so I began calling around first thing in the morning and was happy Green Tech could fit me in right away. The owner was friendly and professional on the phone and in person. He also repaired our gas fireplaces while he was here.
