I sent Jim's plumbing a message on his website seeking to get a water heater install. I was surprise to have him call me minutes after to let me know that he is recovering from surgery and to give me the name and number of another plumber.
although he did not have a chance to work for me I am grateful that he cares enough to call me .

I used High Quality Plumbing to replace my old boiler system that provided water for both the heating and hot water systems. The boiler was completely inoperable and the house was without hot water (and heat but it was May).

Simon came to my home to evaluate the existing system. After discussing with him what I thought I wanted and needed, Simon educated my on my options. This was an important step in the process as the solution I was interested in was tankless and high efficiency. Water quality plays an important factor in these systems.

It was during Simon's initial visit that decided I was going to use High Quality. Simon stressed wanting to get things right, not only from the standpoint of installation but also ensuring the system we were evaluating was the right solution for my home. Within 24 hours, Simon sent an extremely detailed quote with all the secondary and tertiary things needed for the installation. The quote came in $1000 under a quote from Winters Home Services (3 options, all very boilerplate).

After accepting the quote from High Quality Plumbing, Simon immediately came out and installed a 20 gallon hot water heater as a temporary solution because I had been without hot water (the reason why we were getting the boiler replaced).

Work started on time and was done the exact day Simon had scheduled. Inspection was passed without issue. He and his team were very clean and respectful.

Very responsive, and came to our place on short notice to extend a gas line to our natural gas grill. Did an excellent job in a timely manner; both very professional, informative, and friendly throughout the process!

I was lucky enough to stumble across Morisset Plumbing & Heating a couple of years back after dealing with recurrent issues with our old heating system. Tony has been such a life saver in that time. He has repaired portions of our heating system, replaced old and rusted pipes, replaced a toilet, faucet and the likes. Tony is reliably communicative, professional, on time (will call or text to let you know if he happens to be running late which I ALWAYS appreciate), thorough and extremely patient. He answers all of my questions in terms I actually understand (my plumbing and heating knowledge is extremely limited). My 2.5 year old son excitedly asks for Tony on the days he’s planning to do some work on the house and will talk about him for the following days. I can’t recommend Tony enough!

I had a challenging situation to fix a leaking soapstone sink drainage and manage furnace condensate. Matt came to the house and analyzed the situation, while presenting options as a solution. after I reviewed his options I came up with a new approach which I presented to him on the telephone. he came over to review the situation with me personally. we came to an Optimal solution. furthermore his fixed price was very reasonable though the work might have involved a more time than expected. Artie did the plumbing installation with discussions presenting the risks and alternatives. He proceeded to remove the failed drainage lines and install the new drainage with quality and care. His work was most professional as well as his suggestions helpful to me.

Our water heater was definitely broken. It was giving off this bad smell, we had rusty colored water and we were definitely not going to take a shower under those circumstances. I called their contact center, spoke to Lisa, and she gladly assisted me. She sent over Randy to check on our heater, and he did the job well. Now we're back to having hot baths and clear water.
