Amazing work by E Francis Plumbing & Heating! Not only was the quality of work and professionalism top notch, but they went above and beyond to ensure that my concerns were addressed. As a new homeowner, I had a list of repairs that needed to be addressed. Mike ensured that the gas pipe connected to my stove was completely secure by attaching a new piece of wood behind my drywall. Then, after hearing about my concern about mice coming through the remaining gap, he offered to fill the space with pest foam sealant. Definitely not part of his job requirements, but like I said above and beyond! Would highly recommend and will have them back for future jobs. Thanks, Mike!

Great plumber. He is the guy to use!

I had to get my hot water tank replaced. Manny and his son came first thing in the morning like they said they would. Very professional and friendly, and did a great job. They took time to explain things I should know about the tank and shut off valves, and cleaned up after themselves. Price is very reasonable compared to the other places I called.

Jim responded promptly to my request for new service as a new customer, set a time to confirm his availability after completing his current job, contacted me as stated and showed up as agreed. All important for any small business. He estimated the job--re-piping a gas connection in our kitchen wall to fit a new range--and completed the job promptly and as estimated. He's personable, knowledgeable and thoughtful.

Furthermore, he performed the job in September 2020 during the pandemic. He was neat and careful, observing protocol--wearing a mask, booties and generally being thoughtful about concerns we might have about bringing him to our home. We're landlords and we definitely intend to use his services again at home and for our tenants

Montrond company is simply a fantastic company, providing awesome service. Silas and his team replaced my old oil furnace and electric water heater with a new gas system and has water heater. His team also installed all the duct work for the new system, along with replacing all of my old copper water piping with Pex pipe to future proof the house against potential damage from freezing pipes. Last but not least, he also ran a gas line to my rear deck so I could cook on my natural gas grill without the need for propane tanks!!!

The work done was absolutely fantastic and his team is well trained and very personable. He also made sure to communicate timely updates for everything going on with the work.

All in all, a fantastic plumber with honest and reasonable pricing. He is now the family plumber!!

Rich Matthews installed an indirect water heater in our home, and the overall experience has been super-positive. He took the time to explain how indirect heating systems works, the pros and cons of other types of water heating systems, and helped us identify the best solution for our home. The first “visit” was virtual, via FaceTime, and he surveyed the existing setup with a lot of attention to detail before proposing how to proceed. He came over the next day to prep / setup, and the day after installed the heater! He is very professional, super organized, excellent communicator, has great attention to detail, followed covid-safety protocols. This has been a very positive experience. Highly recommend Trust 1. Had all new plumbing and a water heater installed by them recently. They were very professional and super easy to work with from start to finish. We had a leak issue and very old pipes that needed to be outright replaced. We called Trust 1 and scheduled an appointment. Anthony came to our home, did a full inspection of the existing plumbing and discussed our options. We could have fixed the leak but we didn't want to worry about future leaks so we decided to install all new pipes. Anthony walked us through the process, talked about costs and pipe options. The process and costs were reasonable so we scheduled the project. Installation was smooth. They showed up on time. They arrived at 8:30 and finished at about 6ish. Our home doesn't have a basement so the pipes were installed inside the house through the drywalls. The pipes are exposed in a few places but we plan on putting covers on them and there was barely any patching/repainting left to do after everything was done. The electrician wasn't available to connect the water heater but Anthony was able to install a temporary plug to make sure we would have hot water. The electrician came the next business day to properly install the water heater to the electrical panel. Now everything looks nice, clean and works great. Couldn't be happier.

Worst experience ever. I do not recommend.

Called when my boiler wouldn't start. It was 2 degrees outside. When the plumber arrived, he had a bad attitude when he walked into the door. He almost broke my nest thermostat. When we went down to the basement, he was convinced the boiler was working, but it wasn't, the house was still 54 degrees. All he did was flush out a few drops of water and added too much. Then he was flushing water out of the other boiler for the upstairs apartment no matter how many times I asked him not to. Then he made things worse by adding too much water to the upstairs boiler. So long story short, he didn't fix my boiler. I'll never call them again.

A complete ripoff!

Used Aqua Plumbing to install a combi-boiler. While I have worked with many good plumbers past few years, Homero and team stand above all. In addition to a quick and perfect installation, advised on best system and solutions. Price competitive as well.
