I scheduled an appointment for 5/6. They gave me a 4 hr window of when they would arrive. At 2:55pm I received a text telling me they will call me shortly. I replied to the text saying ok, and asked to confirm they are still coming within the 4 hr window given to me? I did not get a reply to my question. They never called me, and they never showed up. I will NEVER use this company! Extremely unprofessional.

I highly recommend Frank for plumbing problems you may have.. he was professional, friendly and explained things clearly.. he even checked a smoke detector I was having a problem with. I will definitely request his services in the future!

Our tub was experiencing a major clog and backing up a lot. After calling, Anthony and team came on the same day within 3 hours. They were very responsive, professional, and fixed the issue in under 15 minutes. They explained to us the problem, and their prices were incredibly fair based on the quotes we received elsewhere. Not only that - but when we experienced another related issue 2 weeks later (an issue with our pipes, not a clog, nothing to do with the great work of Anthony and team) - they came back to assess and clear it out again free of charge. Will be using and recommending Anthony and team to friends out there.

I called Rich Matthews at the beginning of December to talk about replacing my ancient (1982) furnace and a water heater that was starting to hurt. Add in that I was trying to do it through Mass Save with a heat loan. Rich came out to my house on a Saturday to look at the job and give us the quote we would need to get the heat loan. He had the quote to me that same day via email and he dropped off a paper copy the next business day. He's forthright and honest and he started teeing up the special pieces we would need while we were waiting for the bank to approve the loan. He was very responsive the whole time and was good about giving me a call for updates.

Because of the jury-rigged nature of the old furnace, he told us it would take two days, possibly three, to get the old one out and the new furnace and water heater in. He replaced the water heater on day one so we wouldn't be without. Then he worked late on a Friday to get everything done right before the temperatures dropped down below 20. The new ductwork, venting, and drain for the condensate are all really well done. You can see the quality of his work. It is well below freezing outside, and this is the warmest my house has been since I bought it. He even came back after the install was complete to change an exterior fitting for the air intake because he wasn't happy with the part he had on hand when he did the job originally.

10/10 I would go back to Rich for any work I needed done.
