I am so happy I found these guys. Tico and his team were honest and respectful. I initially called Boston Drain (their google SEO is much higher) and after a quick pipe scope Boston Drain said my house trap needed to be removed for $3500-$4000.

I then found Hercules to take a look at the situation to get a 2nd opinion and after cleaning out all the muck realized it was a simple clog due to some construction material in the house trap. They took out the materal tested the drain and it worked great!

Herculues just saved me ~$3500!!

I have just retired and in the process of updating some major appliances. I called True Blue for a quote on a new heating system. They were excellent in aspects such as appointments and returning messages, and they call ahead of the appointment and let us know they’re coming. The new system looks great and we just got a gas bill and it was almost half of what we were paying. I expected the new system to run better than the old one what I didn't expect was the attentiveness after it was put in. After the appointment, Steve called us to see how everything was running. They took the time to answer my questions. They never batted an eyelash and they did everything they said they were going to do from the beginning to end. I was very satisfied. More companies should do business like that.

WHS replaced an AC system we had installed about 10 years ago. The price was high, but their service was great. They walked us through the reasons for needing to replace the unit and installed the new unit without problem. We've only had the unit for about 1 month, but it seems to be working well. All in all, we are very satisfied.

Phil and Raffi came to service my air conditioning unit as it was not cooling. They arrived on time. They were very professional and thorough. They were patient with me as well. They found the problem and addressed/fixed it, explaining everything they found and addressed. I will now be moving all of my plumbing and air/heating service needs over to Akian Plumbing.Evan and Chris came to my home to install a new water heater and install a new toilet, new bathroom sink and vanity and deinstall old system along with addressing broken shut offs. They were professional, thorough and took great care during the install. They provided advice as well for future install for a toilet and sink in my basement area.I trust Evan and Chris and Akian any time.

Thanks to this service, I was able to get a next-day appointment, which was awesome. I wasn't sure if I just had a clog or if there was a more serious problem when water began to back up into my bathtub. When Jacob Royal came to help, he was friendly and chatty. After he quickly fixed the problem, he even cleaned my bathtub! I would hire this company again and highly recommend Jacob if I ever needed their services again.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
