Hourican Plumbing came the same day I called and they picked up and installed a new toilet within two days at a better price than other services offered. They did excellent work and were very professional. I recommend them highly. I have never had better service.

I am so happy I found these guys. Tico and his team were honest and respectful. I initially called Boston Drain (their google SEO is much higher) and after a quick pipe scope Boston Drain said my house trap needed to be removed for $3500-$4000.

I then found Hercules to take a look at the situation to get a 2nd opinion and after cleaning out all the muck realized it was a simple clog due to some construction material in the house trap. They took out the materal tested the drain and it worked great!

Herculues just saved me ~$3500!!

Tico also spent an extra 30-40 min figuring out other non drain related plumbing questions I had.

Instead of just selling me on a big job, they were honest and got it done for what needed to be done. No greed and honest work. They are a rare find and I've worked with many contractors. I will be using them in the future and referring them to all my contacts moving forward! Thanks Tico and crew!

Our boiler started shutting off in early December. They were exceptional in responding quickly by sending a technician the same day. They called to confirm and he arrived on time. Unfortunately the problem was not solved. They promptly returned phone calls and sent a technician ASAP. We had four service men, the boiler continued to shut off, and there was no agreement on the solution.Zane, the chief technician came yesterday. He did more detailed tests, identified and solved the problem. He also made appropriate financial adjustments. All of the technicians were very pleasant and tried their best, including covering their shoes with “booties” when coming in. They deserve five stars for their responsiveness and caring. We deducted one star because it took several days to fix the boiler.

I was unable to find a plumber and via Angi I sent a request for a heating and hvac company Stephen from Chilli Whillie in Saugus was the only one to contact me it being a Saturday I had lost my heat Stephen from Chilli Whillie called and came out found the issue and due to the holiday wasn’t able to come til Wednesday but his technician Anthony came out installed our new heating system this company exceeded our expectations they are the best of the best and I would highly recommend them

My usual plumbing contractor recommended Drain Stars to clear a difficult clog that I couldn't reach with a 20' snake. They called back quickly, scheduled an appointment within hours, arrived right on time, assessed the situation, and took care of the problem. Andy and his associate were polite, clean, and efficient. I'll use them again, and I'd highly recommend their service.

Jessica was nice but her quote is 5 times more than a professional plumber charge. Quote replace shower cartridge for dripping and garbage disposal for a little over $1000. I called another license plumber and did both jobs for 30 min and cost $200.

This is without a doubt one of the MOST rude people I have ever dealt with in my life. You will not get heat working if you deal with Paul. He does not care if it works, and he doesn't care about legal minimum heat regulations or how much money you waste trying to get your heat up to 64F on days when it's less than 15F out. He doesn't care and it's not his problem. Do business with anyone BUT him.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
