True Blue was recommended to me through my community blog. He amazed me immediately as he returning my first call to him within about 30 minutes. Listened very carefully to my concerns and immediately scheduled an appointment for the next morning. He called to let me know he would be at my home in 10 minutes.

He is extremely knowledgeable about steam boilers and intimately knew my 40 years steam boiler and it curious oddities. With an hour's work by he and his associate he brought me up to speed on the workings and possible issues with my 40 year old boiler.

Together Steven as Coleman his associate renovated and restored my boiler to tip top condition for its age. Instead of my having to purchase a brand new boiler for about $7,000.00 his visit and advise cost me $250 for two men working on revitalizing my 40 years old boiler to best possible condition for the coming window season.

I had an issue with a newly delivered dryer and needed the vent to be reconfigured in a tight closet space. They were upfront on how they would charge when I called and showed up in the time window. This is a company that is actually accountable, reliable, very professional, and fair, which you can't find too many in this industry. Their customer support is the most polite, most responsive, and most effective one I've seen. It's extremely easy to schedule appointment, and the procedures are followed promptly. It's also easy to give feedbacks and they take your feedbacks seriously. I used to have a problem with the company because there is a diagnosis fee their customer service and plumber did not tell me beforehand. However, their response after I feedback the problem to them is amazing. I simply replied to their automated message system about my experience, didn't expect anything will happen after that. But their manager actually then reach out personally asking about my experience and solving the problem for me. This level of customer relationship management is what you can never expect from other companies, especially in plumbing, contracting businesses. Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
