After a quick conversation on the phone they were at my front door in 45 minutes. After checking the system they found a circulator pump that wasn’t working and replaced it within an hr.

I needed a new combo water heater installed. I used Pann Home Services in the past to service my old unit. The company was always very responsive to my needs for repairs of the old system. The trust Pann built with me was the reason I chose them to install my new system. The technicians, Tim B, Kyle and Grant were very professional and took care to respect my property. They were prompt in arriving each day and were careful to clean up the work area at the end of each day. Tim was very thorough in explaining the work to be done. He answered all my questions about the new combo heating system. I am very happy with the work they did.

Winters replaced our condo association's steam heating system with a Viessmann hydronic system in 2004/5 which has worked very well. The price was very fair at the time. A few years later, I had a leaking toilet which was replaced for a fixed price of $500. This wasn't such a good deal anymore because Winters had switched to fixed pricing (or maybe they have always used it but simply had a custom price for our heating system). Our condo association has been forced to use other plumbers due to Winters' fixed pricing. So to summarize, I view them as competent and reliable but it's always a bad idea to hire a plumber on anything but an hourly rate.

Chilli Willie are the best! They take pride both in being extremely knowledgeable about HVAC technology and in doing high quality work, and are very professional and responsive. I first met one of the co-owners, Jared, about 15 years ago when he was working for another HVAC company and fixing a banging steam heating system in an apartment I was renting. I was so impressed by how knowledgeable he was and his willingness to take the time to explain what was going on and to actually fix a difficult problem that when I bought my own house I searched until I found him and Chilli Willie and hired them to install gas service, including a gas dryer and an outdoor firepit. Jared, Steve, and the several employees who assisted them did a fantastic job! I'm planning to have them come back this summer to replace an oil-fired boiler with a new gas boiler.

Drew and Peter were amazing and are definitely stars in my book! They were referred to us by our plumber because our plumber wasn't available. I can't say enough good things and would highly recommend them!

I have been using Barrell for years. It's a great plumbing company and I highly recommend them. They come when you need them, their prices are good and they have an excellent workforce. We recently had a major issue that had me in tears. Long story short, we had to replace our main sewer line. Joe Barrell personally came out to examine the issue. A work plan was put in place and carried out in a timely and efficient manner, including coordination with the excavation company they work with. Communication was excellent throughout and they made an extremely stressful and disruptive process much more bearable. They did the work in stages which allowed my tenants and I to continue using water, flushing, etc. Rusty, the man who replaced my pipe, was wonderful as was Joe. I will always be a customer. Sam is the absolute best! I've been using him for over 10 years. I was lucky to find him. He is not only friendly and efffiicent but he has the best response time and always picks up his phone. I've come to totally rely on him for my needs. Just recently I was having issues with my washer and I called him. He was on vacation and still picked up my call to let me know that he did not fly back till Sunday night. Come Monday morning at 8am he was at my door. He is so trust worthy and his rates are reassonable for the time and effort he puts into all the projects I've had for him over the years. He tries his best to fix something before he has to replace it and always tells you what he is doing. If you are looking for a new plumber, search no more!

Narrow Way has been helping us for almost 17 years and they are great to work with. Professional and courteous, Matt and his team have answered our prayers on more than one occasion. They have fixed leaks in sinks and ice makers, replaced parts in toilets, installed custom basins and faucets with difficult metric fittings, swapped out water heaters and installed our current tank-less unit. They are trustworthy, accountable and their work is warranted and reasonably priced. These guys take care of our problems on time and on budget. I highly recommend them.

We had old faucet that was leaking and I requested to replace to a new one. They only fixed it not replacing it and charged me $488. I still have old faucet but now leaking.

First class experience in every way working with Sila. They are responsive, professional, and take pride in the work they do. We had a routine tune-up today on the systems they installed in 2019. Ryan the technician walked through his process and educated me on HVAC maintenance. I found it extremely helpful to know how/why they are doing what they do. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of HVAC installation and support.

This is without a doubt one of the MOST rude people I have ever dealt with in my life. You will not get heat working if you deal with Paul. He does not care if it works, and he doesn't care about legal minimum heat regulations or how much money you waste trying to get your heat up to 64F on days when it's less than 15F out. He doesn't care and it's not his problem. Do business with anyone BUT him.

Given your previous reviews, please take the time to consider your answers. They definitely come off the wrong way and aren't inviting or welcoming. I understand it can be frustrating to get forwarded a job request on a quote but customers are still interested on any estimate they get. I thought it was me reading the tone a certain way by your response, but after seeing your reviews there is a pattern. Why start with 'We don't do cheap projects' ... and then suggesting what I can look up online' understand that perhaps that is exactly what the customer is doing ( due diligence) and doesn't need suggestions on how they sort through estimates. All you have to do is provide the quote, and feel confident on what your company provides. Please take the time to consider approaching yelp inquiries differently.
