Our heating system started blowing cold air so we called our usual plumber (who also does heating), but never received a return call after 24 hours. During that time period we also called someone else who was very highly rated and also never received a returned call. I then called Aquaflow who had some great reviews as well and Vincent called me back in about 45 minutes. He told me he could come out the next morning which was great and he even showed up exactly when he estimated that he would! He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable and told me every thing he was checking out to diagnose the problem. Within a couple of hours the part that failed was replaced and I had heat again. I very much appreciate his quick response and the quality of work provided, especially during some 30 degree days in March. It's not fun to wake up to your house being 49 degrees, but thanks to Vincent we will be waking up much warmer tomorrow morning!

They were quickly available & scheduled the job for the next morning. Nice folks. It was a difficult copper solder-joint leak in a nearly inaccessible space, but they were able to solder in new copper joint w/o burning the surrounding wood, then heat-cycled the boiler to make sure the leak was truly fixed. They worked quickly, but did not try to cut any corners - they did the correct fix vs. the quick fix.

It looks good and neat ,, beautiful water line to my refrigerator to make ice and filtered water !!!

Would definitely recommend Vaughan Plumbing. Called about a toilet seal that broke and plumber was at my house the following morning exactly as planned. He clearly explained what was wrong and what it would cost. Everything was fixed and he was very neat and respectful!

John is just a good honest guy. He gave me advice on how to save money on a job even though it was taking money out of his pocket. A lot of contractors will try to take advantage of people, but John just wanted to help. I will definitely be calling him for my next project.

He did a very good job Michel is very honest and his prices are fair I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends he is very hard working if can give him 7 stars I would and I am very satisfied with his work and he is very fast.

We found Rich when we were looking to replace our ancient oil heating with a natural gas system.

He was responsive when providing quotes, competitively priced and was happy to answer any questions we had related to the process. He is fully certified as a master plumber and his workmanship showed on the job. He helped us with processing the HEAT loan from MassSave and provided quick service even considering the impacts of COVID-19. He was professional on-site and was always sure to maintain distancing and wore a mask.

He was friendly and gave us updates on the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Our house is fairly old and had amateur work done by the previous owner and he took it upon himself to clean up several fittings and went above and beyond what was asked of him at no charge.

Overall, an excellent experience and we'd happily use his services again. Highly recommended.

Frank and his apprentice Kyle spent two days installing a new heat pump for me (heat and AC). They were polite, careful, and as clean as can be. The electrician that was supposed to come wire the unit could not make it on the last day of the installation which means I am without heat for two days but that isn't the fault of Frank or Kyle. Hence the 4 starts. Boston Standard did leave me with space heaters free of charge. Still overall a relatively positive experience given the high price tag.

Very rude and unprofessional! I will never call them again.

Pat and his guys were awesome. Catano Plumbing is experienced, honest, clean, respectful, accommodating, and quick. These guys do amazing work, and are reasonably priced.
