Refaat and I had several plumbing problems. There was hot water in the condo but not in the shower and the sink in the bathroom constantly dripped. We called another plumbing company and they told us we had to replace the water heater to fix the problem at a cost of $1,900. We called Roto-Rooter and they told us that we did not need to replace the water heater, it was fine. They fixed both problems for a fraction of the cost. In addition, Thomas Win the Plumber, was so good at his job, professional, and friendly. Thomas Win was a Winner on all accounts! Thank you Roto-Rooter.

Easy to schedule, very professional. Technician Zahir Abdul-Hakim was excellent: very knowledgeable, prompt, professional, willing to entertain all my questions, and thorough. He took lots of photos of my system and emailed them to me for recordkeeping. He explained everything he was looking at and how it was working. Overall, a great experience.
