I called Jenkins plumbing in the afternoon to request assistance with clearing a clogged tub and sink drain. I expected to hear that he would not have any available until the next day, which would have been ok. But, he was able to schedule someone to come out that evening. His service was quick and thorough. I will definitely use Jenkins plumbing again.

John was amazing, professional and so accommodating of my puppies who fell in love with him upon arrival and tired to be disruptive. He not only fixed my issue - he proactively provided solutions to any further issues I may encounter with my 15+ yr hardware.

We had a sewage backup in our basement and Roto-Rooter was the only company available to come out on a Sunday before New Year's. Xena came initially and did what he could, then called Ram who was more experienced in operating one of the machines around the sharp angle of our pipes. They both worked hard and cleaned up nicely after they were done with their work. They were able to go through our line to the street, only to discover the problem was off our property. They called WSSC to have their inspector come out. They were friendly, helpful and professional, and we appreciated their availability and hard work.

I would highly recommend Arlington Plumbing Heating and Cooling. Limbert was great. He found issue causing the leak in my bathroom right away and didn't try to Nickle and dime me. I was provided with inexpensive options to mitigate the issue and instructed me to give him a call back if the problem persist. He was on time and professional. I really appreciate the quality service and attentiveness to detail. I will be using them in the future for my plumbing and heating needs.

We have used Sila for at least the last ten years. They are the best heating and cooling company by leaps and bounds over any other in the Washington area!
We had our fall boiler service done by Mr. Billy Bollon. He was was amusingly nice,clean,smart and did not hesitate when I asked him questions about how things worked. He answered my questions with the excitement and knowledge of someone who truly liked what he was doing. In fact all the people at Sila have been very nice and great anout giving us information! Old water pipes, oh no! What a drag. So in the long run I decided to have all of them replace in my home with new copper pipes. So I got on the phone with Plumber in DC and I was impressed.
