Frederick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed that day with parts he already had in his van. They clearly are knowledgeable and experienced, and very professional. We've used All Plumbing for several projects, they do quality work, show up on time and charge fairly. They recently did a beautiful job on a sump pump install and brickwork on a basement entry that floods. Highly recommend.

Do not use MH Barnes for Heat Pump Hot Water Heaters. We had them install an AO Smith water heater 22 months ago. They had promised a unit with a 10 year warranty and delivered a unit with a six year warrantly.

After six months the heat pump portion of it failed. They could not diagnose it. They sent out a junior person when it failed who knew nothing about heat pump hot water heaters. We called repeatedly for follwo up after this one visit. Barnes did not return phone calls.They did not help us with a warranty claim.

After we reached out to AO Smith directly, they helped us diagnose the failure using two simple thermometers and the software on the heat pump. AO Smith offered a warranty replacement.

I would not have Barnes do any work for us again.

Great service, very well trained technicians. I've been renovating a house and these guys are my go to for repairs I can't do myself. They know it all and are very friendly!

Said there is missing part so warranty company denied the claim. Didn't attached the switch and wiring when the technician leaved. The technician seems spend a lot of times but he can't fix the problem. They make me so frustrated but other contactor said there was no missing part and fixed the problem.
