Best Water Heater Installation Repair in Washington DC

Unfortunately, this business ghosted me after I requested service to fix my toilet handle. The plumber took the handle part and never followed up for the repair, even after I called several times. I later learned that the part he took wasn't broken, so had to buy a new handle.

Kevin is awesome. He came out the day I called to address a serious clog in our brand new basement plumbing. We are working to get him back to the house to handle a series of other pesky issues. He’s knowledgeable, affordable, and a great plumber overall.

Kesterson is a great company. They have done reliable work on two homes for me over the years. Easy to work with and schedule, and their guys are professional, courteous, and relatively prompt. Mostly recently, I had a job required them to come out multiple times due to delays in receiving parts (on my end) and they did not charge me for the extra visits. They've also given me solid advice on how to proceed with various issues like whether to repair or get a new unit. They have my highest recommendation.

I'd give zero stars if I could. Hired Stevens to clear my french drains. Cancelled our first appointment late the afternoon before. So, I rescheduled. I called to see if they did the work late in the day and they didn't know. Ultimately, they informed me that the pipes needed to be dug up and replaced. I hired Roto Rooter to clear them, which they did.

Then a week later Stevens called to charge me for multiple hours of work they did failing to clear the drains. Why'd they do work if the job couldn't be done? And if it couldn't be done, how is it that another company managed it.

Contractors in the DMV are the worst. Sadly, Stevens has joined the fray of poor contractors.

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

Frederick arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed that day with parts he already had in his van. They clearly are knowledgeable and experienced, and very professional.
