These guys were nothing short of absolutely fantastic. We had an emergency with our main sewer line and time was ticking. We frantically did our best to scout 3-4 companies. Stevens was given to us by a friend of a friend of a friend (literally). The others were totally, abjectly awful. They began giving preconditions, giving opinions over the phone, talking about how unavailable they are, and had mighty large attitudes. Just awful. These guys took down my info, knew immediately what to do, I got a callback with a consultation in less than 10 minutes, and then was told that if needed, a plumber could come out tonight (and boy, was it late). Quick, efficient, targeted, and prompt. Literally all one could want from a company. I seriously do not recall being this impressed with a company in a while. Yeah, after hours service is a pretty penny, but what are you gonna do - it's after hours. I sincerely cannot recommend these folks strongly enough. I can totally see how they ended up surviving for more than 13 decades... hopefully many more to come...

Technician Charlie H was very professional, punctual, humble, and seem honest. No problem with the technician. Seem very capable guy. I only have issue with the company. The estimate price was unreasonable. minimum price about $2400 after their discount.. I got two other estimate: less than $1000 . Ridiculous. It's always like that in America; they charge you $$$ 3x4times higher than actual reasonable rate for the labor..

Very competent and personable personnel. Patient in explaining problem and solution, and willing to go the extra mile to assure satisfaction. Nonetheless, price too high for value received. That is the only reason to hesitate when calling again when another problem occurs.
