I have lived in Alexandria for over 25 years and have been a customer of Kesterson's throughout the years. Recently, they installed a hot water heater in my home that was significantly dented. I called them immediately to express concern and six weeks (and over ten phone calls) later, I have yet to hear back from the owner, as requested. I have spoken with the manager several times, and he has handled this situation very poorly. The best thing about Kesterson Plumbing that I can report is the wonderful woman named Blair Armstrong who answers the phone. She is kind and professional and has been the only person at Kesterson Plumbing to be responsive. I hope they know what a great employee they have and are rewarding her for her excellent service.

My sewer backed up and flooded my basement and I googled for a plumber and I got mr super plumber Maurice answered the phone at 1:00 am in the morning and was at my door in 35 mins cleaned up everything and snaked out my main sewer got me back up and running. Also showed me how to file a insurance claim to get re-Imbursement back for the sewage mitigation bill i paid . This company came in and truly saved us From a serious mess . MK of MK Plumbing LLC did a great job for us. He came through my home warranty company, however, my claim was denied by the company. I asked MK if he could do the job, and he stepped up. MK ordered the parts I needed to fix my pipe and gave me a great price. He was professional, patient and, most importantly, knowledgeable. Our story is a long one that involved a lot of twists and turns, but MK was great throughout the process and I was very satisfied. He worked with us and mad sure my pipe was fixed in a timely manner, which allowed me to mitigate further damage. I engaged him to take care of an additional plumbing problem, and he handled it so well that I have no issue referring him to anyone who needs a plumbing issue addressed. He is WSSC licensed, so you are in good hands. The only other thing I would mention is that throughout the experience, I kept thinking that this young man was well raised. My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.
