Jenkins Plumbing repaired/replaced my storm drain and a Shower diverter valve on a rental property I own in DC. He not only beat out other estimates by far but he was prompt and professional during the whole process. Kesterson does a decent job on the plumbing itself - Ben’s work is especially good.
However, overall communication is laborious and slow, non-plumbing work (rough landscaping repair, carpentry, callbacks for missed detail) is sloppy, and attention to detail is almost nonexistent.
Use KP&H for just your plumbing work, but pay someone else to do all the repair/replace work to put your house back in order.

Had undersink kitchen valves replaced. Worker was on-time. Notified prior to arrival. Quality work at a reasonable price. Ask for Alejandro, if he's not too busy.

Will not recommend MK Plumbing, LLC to any of my friends and family. The owner Mohamed, replaced my sump pump with a defective product and caused my family to spend our hard earned money on a new sump pump only a month later. In total we spent almost $600 for bad customer service and poor quality product. If you do decide to do business with MK Plumbing, PLEASE make sure that the product is in fact new from the box with the owners manual so you can register it. Mohamed's failure to advise us to register the unit and clean the pit after the FIRST installation caused the new sump pump to malfunction within the first month.

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

I needed a plumber for my backflow inspection and I emailed him for an estimate. He was quick to respond and was able to provide a date and time. When that date came, he was even early!! He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Durance. I would use them again

He may be a good plumber, but he is totally unreliable. He didn't come at all on the day he said he was coming. He doesn't answer his phone mail.

Transparency in upfront cost was lacking. I took a loss for having someone come buy and work was not done. To snake a toilet should not cost 500. 00 dollars . And was still charged to have plumber come to house.
