A pipe was leaking water down into my basement floor and was close to the electrical box. After calling several plumbers this was the first to be responsive. He came, found the leak, and repaired it pretty fast. If your looking for a quick, quality repair and reasonable pricing I would recommend this company.

Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. The chain connected to the flushing handle on my toilet broke just before 10:00 p.m. last night, making the toilet useless. Thank goodness I knew who to call—Roto Rooter! They’ve responded to two previous plumbing emergencies that happened later in the evening, including one that happened just a couple of months ago. And once again, they really came through for me.I want to thank Ingrid for taking my call and for her very efficient and kind service. After quickly making sure she had all the info she needed, she assured me that a plumber had been dispatched and would be at my house within the hour.Sure enough, Conrad arrived just after 11:00. He immediately determined what was going on and replaced the chain inside the tank, which had rusted through. Conrad also took the time to make sure all the replacement parts he installed were working properly before he left, which took about 45 minutes. The only part he couldn’t replace was the handle itself because this particular toilet’s handle isn’t a common part, he wasn’t able to replace it, but he offered to see if he could find the part for me—on his own time. No worries, though. The toilet is working great and is even much quieter than before. Thanks, Conrad!!I have to say this—there are several plumbers in my area who claim they offer emergency services, but it’s NOT true. One company even has the nerve to have their customers leave voice mail messages and promise to return emergency calls THE NEXT MORNING. Roto Rooter is the ONLY company that actually has emergency service.Yes, you’re going to pay more, but they are worth every penny! I guarantee you—the cash you save by using one of the “pretenders” won’t help you at all when your toilet stops working at 10:00 p.m.!All I can say is, Roto Rooter, thank you for everything!!!

After checking with references, who gave Sila excellent reviews for honest and dependable work, I set up an appointment with Sila. The day prior to and the day of, I received texts to confirm the reserved appointment day and time.

Mr. Marcus Bernett arrived promptly. He is extremely courteous and professional. He quickly troubleshot the problem with my HVAC, gave me a reasonable quote, and made the repair after I agreed to the price.

He kindly checked a few other items, while giving my newly repaired HVAC a chance to cool my condo, and then took measurements to ensure that the repair resolved my HVAC cooling problem.

The company sent one of the worst technician I have ever encountered. His name was Rahem. He came with an attitude that was unbearable. His task was to fix our pipe. However, he did not want to take our input and directions to what needed to be fix. He refused to finish his job and became defensive and decided to leave with the job undone. I have never experience such horrible service. I recommend to not choose Belle view Plumbing.

Do not use MH Barnes for Heat Pump Hot Water Heaters. We had them install an AO Smith water heater 22 months ago. They had promised a unit with a 10 year warranty and delivered a unit with a six year warrantly.

After six months the heat pump portion of it failed. They could not diagnose it. They sent out a junior person when it failed who knew nothing about heat pump hot water heaters. We called repeatedly for follwo up after this one visit. Barnes did not return phone calls.They did not help us with a warranty claim.

After we reached out to AO Smith directly, they helped us diagnose the failure using two simple thermometers and the software on the heat pump. AO Smith offered a warranty replacement.

I would not have Barnes do any work for us again.

Had a busted pipe. My technician was great, he came early, explained to me the issue and I was able fix it in a few hours.
