I moved to the area about a year ago and had a drip in my shower the entire time. I called Durance and they scheduled me an appointment at the beginning of the week - everyone else said it would be 2/3 weeks before someone could come out. Adam and Matt arrived early, talked me through everything they did beforehand, went to the hardware store twice, completely replaced my shower hardware, and put the bathroom back together better than they found it. The job in total took 6 hours and they did not stop once.
Quality service is hard to find, and I am fortunate that I do not have to look any further for any home repairs going forward.

Keston's is amazing. We had a pretty complex problem that required a new shower pan and tiling, plus repair to some pipes in the living room ceiling below and repair of a giant hole in the ceiling as a result of another plumber's inability to find the issue.

Ken was friendly and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He told me the job would take 2-3 days, and he and his subcontractors finished in a day and a half! They also left every area immaculate and were careful to cover the floors and furniture. What's more, they befriended my dog and were considerate of my son's nap by walking and talking quietly during that time.
