We are truly a small family business--Raciel and Eileen are co-owners of the business and also raise their kids and build community in DC's Brookland neighborhood, where they have lived since 1995. Raciel does the plumbing with his father as his assistant, and Eileen answers the phone, does the scheduling, keeps the books, and holds down her own full-time job in addition. We take pride in offering you excellent service and knowing our customers well. They're loyal to us and we return the favor. We stand behind the quality of our work. Very quick to respond in NW! Knows DC area & old rowhouses. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, well-supplied. Accepts CHECKS, not cards (banks charge huge card fees). Writing a check is worth it for timely service! Support the husband-wife team. They're Cuban :)

I do not know the words to express the awesomeness of this company. It felt more like working with a family friends than a business. They fixed out leak under time and a few other issues. I would recommend them over and over and will be using them in the future.
