Three years ago this January I closed on my first home. A few weeks later I noticed that the hot water hose connected to my washing machine didn't spew hot water like it should. The water trickled out like something was blocking it. I had one of the contractors who worked on the house look at it and he said that he'd have to chop the wall down to access the pipe he needed to access to fix it. I didn't want to put a hole in my new house so I decided to wash on the cold setting until further notice.Well, my dryer broke not too long ago and I finally decided to get it fixed this week. (It's been months.) Since I had to pull the washer and dryer out of the closet I decided to check the hot water hose. Once again, the water trickled out like something was blocking it. Frustrated, I got on YouTube this morning to see if I could figure out how to fix it myself. (I saw a YouTube video online where a plumber snaked a pipe to unclog it.) Maybe a plumber could do the same for my hot water hose, I thought.I decided to have Roto-Rooter come out tonight and try to fix it. (The dryer is being fixed tomorrow morning.) I told them I only wanted them to fix it if they didn't have to chop down the wall. The guy looked at me confused. After an hour or so of tinkering the guy discovered that it just needed a new valve. Three years of washing on cold and it just needed a new valve...Always get a second opinion. That's the first lesson. Still pondering on all of the lessons learned in that moment... Wow. Sean was knowledgeable and professional. I am finishing my basement and I needed a professional to run plumbing to our future bathroom appliances. He noticed something a previous plumber missed. My bathroom was below the level of the street drain and the home builders had roughed in space for a pump. Without that, nothing in the bathroom would work! He also showed me how my sprinkler valve had a clear sign on it to replace it every 5 years (it had been 10!) and he taught me how to clean my A/C p-trap. Of course I hired him. The work was done in a day and they left the place cleaner than it started.

Had an issue develop with a clogged toilet and sink in my bathroom. Within a few hours of the call for help, All Plumbing was at my condo within the time specified. Darin was exceptionally professional and courteous. He explained the problems in detail, how it would be resolved, and the applicable costs (prior to work being started).
