Do not use this company! We have a rental and our tenets called them to snake the toilet, but they didn’t bring a snake. They went out of town so we took over coordinating the issue from there. We scheduled for an appointment, the plumber did not show on time we continued to call and couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Finally, around 6pm we got in touch and they said they would not be able to make it that night so we scheduled them for the next day. He showed up 2 hours late and did not have the part he needed so he then went to HD to get it, then went another HD to get it then called and said he had to go to one an hour away. At this point we called someone else. There is no reason not to bring the right tool, they knew the issue and they still arrived late unprepared to do the job.

Mr. Jenkins is a rare bird today! He delivers excellent workmanship, goes the extra step for the benefit of the client, is very competent and thorough and has reasonable rates. We called on a Saturday afternoon, he arrived on time with the replacement parts needed. The replacement wasn’t cheap but well worth the service. He’s a very professional and courteous person.
We will definitely keep his contact info and replace Cool Breeze (we had used them from 1996 until 2022).

[Cool Breeze left multiple jobs incomplete for over 10 months (without follow-up), grossly overcharged for services, and ALL of their work required additional corrective repair due to poor workmanship (unsecured faucets, and shower valves, incorrectly flushed a water heater, improperly tightened water filters and caused a leak that left 3 inches of water in the basement, showed up with the wrong parts leaving only partial use of a vanity sink and more).]

I am so glad I called Affordable Plumbing. Brian and Carlos were super responsive, professional, and easy to work with, which is exactly what you want when you need a plumber. I feel so lucky to have found a company I trust. When I called, Brian was right there with a simple yes we can help and had Carlos out to my house in a timely manner. Carlos was great and fixed an issue in my old house quickly and professionally. He also took time to look at some other concerns I have and offered solid advice. I will be calling them again soon. Giovanni and Eric came on relatively short notice and was able diagnose and fix 3 issues causing my master shower/tub to leak into the dining room below. He did it all within an hour or so and was very reasonably priced!

We had a clogged toilet and called Kesterson after 5pm. Their answering service was very nice, professional, and helpful, and put our request in as an emergency. Ben was at our door within half an hour. He was friendly, professional, and great at his job. He wore a mask the entire time, gave us some tips on avoiding the problem in the future, and solved our problem very competently. We will definitely use their services again when needed.

All I needed was the gasket changed on my dripping toilet. The bill came to $490.75! Is this a plumbing company you want to call? The first time the technician came he did not have the correct gasket. It took 5 minutes to determine. The technician did not charge me ($65 for coming and $70 for the five minutes being rounded off to half an hour at $140 an hour), yet Stevens Company said he should have! Why when he did not have the correct parts and they knew the problem? When another technician returned, he padded the time by half an hour but thankfully I had the moment of arrival from a call to my phone, and the time of departure by photographing my watch and the bill showing the padded time. Also, parts were replaced that did not need to be and I was charged. When I called to challenge the bill, Stevens Company took off a half hour because I had documentaion of the time, and a half hour from the first technician's time. I paid $350.75, an outrageous charge for a leaking gasket. No, I won't call DH Stevens Plumbing Company to fix my plumbing problems.

Convenient, Affordable , Experienced

I had a wonderful experience with mr super plumber . My sewer backed up and flooded my basement and I googled for a plumber and I got mr super plumber Maurice answered the phone at 1:00 am in the morning and was at my door in 35 mins cleaned up everything and snaked out my main sewer got me back up and running. Also showed me how to file a insurance claim to get re-Imbursement back for the sewage mitigation bill i paid . This company came in and truly saved us From a serious mess . I had a great experience with this plumbing service. The plumber was friendly, and the problem was resolved to my full satisfaction.

I was having new floors installed in my bathroom and the contractor broke the pipe when putting the toilet back in place so I contacted my home warranty company which is Choice (BIG JOKE) and explained in full transparency what happened, they scheduled a plumber to come out the next day which happened to be MK Plumbing. First, he stated that he’d have to call and get authorization prior to repairing (sound familiar?), but he informs me that I’d have to pay the service fee of $60 before he could even make the call to get authorization 😳....hmmmm that’s weird, but ok... he calls...claim DENIED (again, sound familiar?) so what’s a girl to do except ask MK if they could do the repairs and what would be the cost, of course he says yes gives me the cost and then tells me he requires payment prior to starting the job... 😳... WHAT... who does that?! But I have to have my bathroom fixed and fortunately for me the contractor had agreed to pay for the damages he’d caused and he did so without any complaints. Mohammed, although not the friendliest guy, makes the repairs within a timely manner...great 💃🏽...I’m back in business, right.... WRONG... I later discover that I now have no hot water 😳... I contact Mohammed and he proceeds to tell me the cold water is what goes to the toilet and he was only responsible for turning that on and that the contractor probably turned it off when he was trying to stop the leak and if I’d like to pay another fee he would come back out otherwise it’s not his responsibility. Here’s what I’ll say about that, maybe you were right Mohammed in that the contractor turned the hot water off by accident, but you’re in the buisiness of servicing customers and building long term relationships (or at least that should be the goal), not that you’re expected to provide your services for free, but a little goes a loooooonnng way! Let’s just say you came back to check the hot water and discovered it wasn’t the valve, but the hot water heater needed to be replaced that could have potentially been a job for you i.e. new business, even if you’d just taken a few minutes to walk me through a few steps over the phone to try to help me figure it out... guess who I’d be calling in the future for any repairs and telling all of my friends to call...you.

In all fairness this just happened today so I can’t speak to the work, I can only hope and 🙏🏽 it was done properly and that I don’t have any problems.

Secondly, Choice Home Warranty is a rip off and there’s definitely fraudulent activity going on because after explaining to the customer service rep exactly what happened with my toilet why would they send a plumber out fully knowing they would not authorize the repairs. The reason I know this was fraud (not sure on who’s part because the “authorization denied” sounds like a side hustle) is because this was the second repair I’ve had through CHW and the first time the plumber did not require any payment until after the job was completed.

Word to the wise if you like being treated as a valued customer do NOT use MK Plumbing and if you have Choice Home Warranty cancel your policy TODAY!

My new faucet worked really well. They check if the hot/ cold water was running and for leakage etc before leaving. Great and excellent customer service and I will use again in the future.

I have used Durance Plumbing for several years. They are awesome! I have an old house with lots of issues and they've come through every time. They are prompt, honest, courteous and tidy. Their prices are reasonable and they always give me the estimate before starting work. They've replaced my furnace, hot water heater, and countless other things. When I have an emergency, they rescue me every time. My heroes!
