I recently purchased a condo in Arlington, and while I did have a home inspection, checking anything outside of Is the water coming out the faucet? was not part of it. So you can imagine my shock and panic when I began to have plumbing issues 3 days into my occupancy. I found Casteel Plumbing through a recommendation of a friend and Johnny was able to come in that same day. He showed me where my pipes, explained exactly what was going on and how he was going to fix it, and then did just that! Johnny replaced the chain connecting the flapper in my toilet; tightened the handle on my shower; AND identified a couple of other items that will need fixing in the future! I will certainly call Johnny if anything breaks, but also to complete my bathroom renovation a few years down the line!
