This company was very efficient explaining services however I haven't used them yet. Waiting for home warranty company to clear up issues . I found me super plumber on line called and made a appt to get a price for my air conditioning system to be replaced. I already had 2 quotes from other contractors I decided to hire Mr super plumber. (1) They gave me a better price. (2) they were on time and extremely classy presentation clean cut and professional. (3) The estimator was very patient with explaining the process and details of the install I could feel the pride with this company caring about there customers and quality of work. The other contractors didn't make me feel like they truly cared about me as a customer, the way mr super plumber did. I would strongly encourage any and all of my friends and family to use this company the install turned out wonderful.

We had a great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone! We called around 8:30am and they were able to give us a same-day appointment, for which we were grateful. The technicians arrived by 12pm and had our AC working within 15-20 minutes. It couldn't have gone any better!

I called DC Plumber based on a suggestion from my cousin and was he right! They showed up early which is unheard of with most companies and where able to fix the clogged pipe under the kitchen sink. They also gave me some pointers on what not to put down the garbage disposal to avoid similar issues in the future. Super friendly and personable.... and a great price to boot! Keston's is amazing. We had a pretty complex problem that required a new shower pan and tiling, plus repair to some pipes in the living room ceiling below and repair of a giant hole in the ceiling as a result of another plumber's inability to find the issue.

Ken was friendly and thorough in his assessment of the issue. He told me the job would take 2-3 days, and he and his subcontractors finished in a day and a half! They also left every area immaculate and were careful to cover the floors and furniture. What's more, they befriended my dog and were considerate of my son's nap by walking and talking quietly during that time. Their price was reasonable and even more so after the quality of their work and general pleasantness of the experience. We will absolutely hire them again.

I had Tyler out to my house for annual maintenance and thought he did a great job. Very informative about what I could do to keep things in good shape, had good suggestions for things to look out for, and knew that he didn't need to check my refrigerant pressure (the act of which releases some of the pressure) since he could tell by the system function that it was in good shape.

I highly recommend Seidel Plumbing; I have had great experiences with the company and specifically the owner Otto Seidel. Reading the prior reviews I get it..Otto is an old school DC Plumber, he can come across as gruff. But, if you can handle that, call Otto. You would be hard pressed to find a better and more knowledgeable plumber in the DC area. I have a VERY complicated sewer issue, lines tied with neighbors, overgrown tree roots growing into sewer lines that have been around for over a century, DC Water aware of the longstanding problem but unwilling to fix it. It has all of the intrigue of a day time soap opera - betrayal, hope, despair... honestly, a hot mess. The only person who was able to come in, explain the issue, and put forth a workable solution was Seidel Plumbing. Otto Seidel was on a short list of plumbers recommended off the record by a foreman at DC water who has been around for over 20 years. Calling Otto was the best decision I have made in this saga. He gave me a short term solution (install and external clean out) to stop the sewage from coming up in my basement (yes, it's as disgusting as it sounds) and charged $2500, $8K less than the nearest competitor. He offered a long term solution to repair damaged parts of the sewer for $10K, which is $45K cheaper than the nearest competitor. Best of all, he showed up the day I called and he finished the job in one day. So, to reiterate, if you are looking for and are interested in paying the premium for a lovely customer service oriented experience with friendly admin and schedulers, call Magnolia - but expect to pay 3-4X the cost of the repair for that overhead. If you want an experienced DC/MD plumber who has seen it all and can do it all who will give you a fair price and an honest days work with no frills - Call Seidel Plumbing!
