Quick turnaround from when i called this business , and when Brian and his helper arrived they were very polite and professional. Not only did they provide my service but they also educated me and my family on the service and how to prolong the efficiency and life on my plumbing. I had a shower handle that was hard to pull out and turn , and incorrectly installed to begin with. He fixed it and it’s been an amazing difference on my mom who has bursitis on her scapula. Also my garbage disposal was not working and his technician was able to fix it quickly as well. I also got a new faucet installed and a water heater. All within a reasonable price. He truly is AFFORDABLE plumbing ! Would definitely recommend to my friends and family any day.

Called On-Call tech at 6am to take care of emergency plumbing, and the tech immediately responded. The On-Call tech showed up within minutes of my location in Virginia. The Tech was even mindful to take his shoes off before entering the space! The tech took care of the issue by locating the shut off valve, which I would have never found, turned off the water which had been running for hours to avoid any flooding issues. The Tech provided courteous service and was very professional in resolving the issue which included providing any parts to complete the task. I've had Durance provide plumbing services on a couple of occasions at various properties that I own. This time I called on Sat about a water pipe and water heater issue at a resale property I bought earlier in the year. They indicated their schedule was packed but would work to fit me in on the upcoming Monday afternoon. They came out as promised and quickly diagnosed the issues. They explained what was going on and offered me some options. Finally they performed all the required/ requested work satisfactorily. Continue to be pleased with their services and personnel.

In years of using plumbers both personally and professionally I've never encountered pricing policies as opaque as WL Gary's. They charged over $250 for the plumber to buy basic toilet repair parts. They charged for the plumber's time to generate an invoice even though it's automated. They charge for a full day's rental of a plumbing repair device that's stocked on the truck and was used for less than an hour. The basic quality of the real plumbing work appears to have been good, and the plumber was pleasant to deal with, but he did have to return to fix a problem with that expensive toilet repair. All in, I can't recall having felt so gouged by a company's pricing and will never darken their doorstep again.
